@@PeenileCansir I started to play playing tanks about a year ago Starting form reserve for Russia I just unlocked my t90 yesterday and I only payed 6 months of premium and I got the turms only 50%, of two the grind really isn't that bad

I don't understand why people keep saying "radar is only a gimmick" when it's one of the most powerful tools at your disposal. I often fly around and try to find and lock targets purely by radar, while staying hidden for as long as possible.

Yeah, it also helps me a lot in Air radar mode, it tells me if there is a plane coming toward me because there is no name tag in RB mode.

I never used a heli with radar, had no idea if useful or not. The thing is, people like me warch youtube videos that don't fully explain heli radar usage, abd frankly NVD is almost cheating compared to not having it - that's what we see. Of course, all helis with radar have NVD too - it's just way easier to notice when not playing, just watching a video.

9:07 The AI tank's location in the actual server is not the same as from your computer, hence you not hitting the target with your missile. This is why we should always be using auto-track for faraway targets in ground assault mode, as it will match the AI tank's location from the server to your computer. If your heli doesn't have auto-track you should get closer, somewhere around 1 km from the target.

Using Ka-50 and BR bonuses in EC battles does make the grind go quite quick, and using last week 50% discount on vehicles it saved me lot's of SL.

Absolute zero regrets going down the mi28 line instead of the kamovs, the havocs look so fucking sexy and are a blast to fly, currently spading the mi-28n, 200k away from the 28nm

Nice video! I prefer the 8 missals, because of the penetration and 6km of range are enough. In my opinion it's better to have eight missals with high penetration, as 12 or 16 missals with less penetration. Greeting from Germany

British apache is the best apache and yes the star streaks are amazing. It can also have star streaks and MAW and the US apache cannot

Hypersonic missile god give that you can fight back KA and hit them before they hit you cuz missile almost as fast as apfsds and might have brimstone in the future

The best thing about the Russian helicopter tree is the Vikir missiles, at the moment it’s better to grind for the KA-52 then the new NM since it has both thermals and the Vikirs. The absolutely monstrous and difficult grind for helicopters just does not justify going for the new NM over the KA-52.

What lol the NM has vickers and thermals, it’s a better choice than the 52 because of the better radar and mobility.

cant wait to finally get this sexy beast. but the grind is ssssssooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo slow and painful, as all heli grinds. even with the Ka-50 and spaded Ka-52... the rewards are just so SOOOOOOOOO low.

Helis are either for whales or people with no life. I grinded from allouette to UHT completely in ground assault arcade, took me months.

It's necessary you buy a prem otherwise it's an extreme grind. Be sure to grind event vehicles so you can sell them to buy helis half off

I said the mi 28 because if in a future they introduce in the game the hellfire L and the Krizamtema VM they will be broken the thing that are misiles guided by radar and a range of 10km the can be launched behind cover without any problem

It's up to you and really no difference If you prefer early game helis with rockets, go for KA-52, cuz it's faster and as I noticed more durable, if u prefer hoverbash then pick whichever look you like more (and notice that ka-52 can carry both igla and vikhr at same time)

Your kinda fuck there, their only one heli mode and it in the event tab(don't remember it name because fuck it) if you weren't there wend heli RB or heli arcade was a thing, then forget about it...unless you want to get face fuck by ka-50s then go to heli event mode.

Love the Mi-28NM’s weapons and radar but i really hate how the nose looks.

Either assault arcade or ground rb however I recommend playing on the city make as it has lots of covers against them (high tier helis)

Havoc is a no brainer for me now that it has vikhrs.

Too bad MMW doesn’t really work. iRL Longbow Apache can target and engage 16 tanks at the same time with the latest Hellfires and then pop into cover because their radar guided using the MMW radar on the missile after launch. The MMW radar ATGM are truly fire and forget.

How you would like to counter these? A tank can deploy smoke to set a PARS of course. But this doesn't work with MMW radar tracking. This would be even more OP then Vikhrs - and I am a Ka-52 pilot with ace crew.

@@fqeagles21 Well they are fine for me. All heli (except the UHT) are almost useless against ground targets on most maps when proper SPAA are up. There are some maps with good horizontal cover, that prevents a LOS from enemy spawn (where the most SPAA are) but your impact on the battle is then more luck then everything. When no SPAA is up, or it is disturbed with a fighter, Hellfires offer more PEN, a better flight path, amount and killing speed (I fire them with a interval of 5 seconds and manual guide them in, i so have always a missiles nearby the enemy) then Vikhrs, Atakas or Krizanthemas. They all lack in some area. What's Apaches really lack is something like AIM-9M for longer range, flare resistent approaches on helis and fast fighters. The Apaches is more nimble then a Ka-52 - I would say that the tier list (I have them all) is: UHT Ka-52 (Mi-28NM doesn't have it yet) AH Mk 1 AH-64D Tiger HAD The best heli regarding its BR is the Mangusta, 9.7 with thermals, Hellfires and AAM is just insane. The Mi-24Ds have R60Ms, 4 Shturm, no thermals on a really slow and fat base. same BR anyway. The only thing that makes me feel good about the Mi-24D are 80 x S-8OK and the BRRRRT 30 mm with APT.

I agree. This makes the KA52 the second best helo. Like, this huge vertical targeting area makes it much better than Ka52. Also having a turreted gun makes it better. But goddamn, this thing is just a MUCH better version of Apache. Next patch better give us the AH-64E with mega-death Longbow radar so I can lock onto tanks with F&F hellfires from behind a mountain if another vehicle so much as spots an enemy.
