Should YOU consider living in DOWNTOWN Denver, Colorado? (PROS AND CONS)

Should you consider living in DOWNTOWN Denver, Colorado? (PROS AND CONS)- Have you been considering living in Downtown Denver? In this video I go over tons of pros and my personal cons to living downtown. Hopefully it will help you decide whether downtown city life is for you or not.
Living in Downtown Denver, you'll either love it or hate it. Personally it isn't the place for me. Hustle and bustle of city life isn't something that gets me excited. But I do know tons of people and past clients that love it! Quick access to their favorite coffee, shopping, and tons of fun bars and restaurants. Also they don't have to deal with commuting to work, school, or the fun night life you can experience while living in downtown Denver, Colorado.
The city of Denver has tons to offer for the right person, but it also could be a huge mistake for the wrong person. Enjoy the video and if you have questions about living in downtown Denver or Denver metro in general, reach out. It's hard to know where to start and that's what I am here for!
Thinking about moving to Denver Colorado? I also moved to Denver and truly know what it’s like to relocate here. When I moved to Denver my life changed for the better! And now I’m helping tons of clients relocate as well! Reach out to me at any time, I love helping people move to this beautiful state.

Not a native of Denver but there for 19 years just moved to California Denver is not it. It is not worth the hype. Everyone hypes that city up that it’s like this utopia this amazing diverse incredible city with tons of stuff to do. That’s not true at all it’s overly priced way over priced the homeless population downtown is out of control, it’s a beautiful place. It has a lot to offer to visit I think living there is nothing like you the traffic is horrendous the people drive insanely it’s very dangerous driving in Denver. You see accidents constantly and the people are a little odd just don’t pick up and move thinking that’s the end. I’ll beall because you’re gonna be very disappointed, just being honest. you hear all these people reviewing the city but they’ve lived there for maybe a year or two so they really don’t know itrust me don’t jump onto you are 100% sure it does not live hype. Trust me on that.

As a Denver native, I don't appreciate people promoting the idea of living here when it's already overcrowded as it stands. The metropolitan area is being inundated with more high-rises and condos because city planners are giving the green light on builders to make more money. Who in the heck can afford to rent, let alone buy with prices sky rocketing every year. Only these young techy kids with high paying jobs can afford those places. Most everyone that can afford them are transplants and truly don't appreciate the history and once beautiful city that we had. You couldn't pay me to live down town or anywhere in Denver anymore. For one thing, the leadership in our city and state is a disaster. The way that they handled the riots during the whole George Floyd incident was despicable. I remember when John Hickenlooper vowed to end homelessness in Denver. Today, it is worse than it ever was. To think that they almost got away with legalized Safe Injection Sites is just crazy! You should see the You Tube video, "Denver in Decay" produced by Steffan Tubbs(Radio host on KNUS am radio). You will see a different side of Denver from what you are portraying here. I agree that there are still nice places around the downtown area that are still nice but you don't have to go far to see some disturbing sights, I guarantee. Please understand that this is nothing personal towards you whatsoever. You seem like a very good person and I know that you are just trying to build your business and make people happy and I cant blame you for that, but there are still many "Denverites" that are not happy with the influx of transplants coming here in droves. I'm in no way trying to put the blame on you at all but rather the city planners and the hierarchy types who are running this once fair city into the ground. I just don't think that you are helping the situation any. You mentioned the traffic in Denver? I very rarely take I-25 to go across town because there's just too many people on the road which just turns into a parking lot. There is no rush hour anymore. It's more like rush hours, instead. Glad I don't live there anymore, but I'm sad to see the what my hometown has turned into. 💩💩💩💩

Migration has gone on for many years. Unfortunately lots of people have to leave their home states because they became popular way before Colorado (like California for example). But I totally understand that the cost of living and buying a home has gone up all across America and it’s definitely not ideal 😞

I would say if you came to Denver Colorado maybe 20 years ago before the weed industry that’s what really change the city. Unfortunately Colorado used to have the coolest vibe very eccentric interesting people. It was just a really cool place but it’s lost that charm completely unfortunately due to gentrification not trying to be negative but people put a false narrative out there of the city that is simply not true

As a Denver native, I know that this city was never meant to be this populated. This is a very dry state and we don't have enough water for all of these people. When I was a child 50 years ago, the city was at full capacity! All I can say is please don't move here. Colorado is full, go home!!! It used to be affordable to live here and now with all of these outsiders invading the city, prices of homes and apartments are ridiculously high. And don't get me going about the traffic!!! Plus our city is becoming so high in crime. I won't walk my dog after dark, even in good neighborhoods. I'm like most other Colorado natives, we are angry!!!
