What I hate is people who hoard shop thrift shops to resell online. After they buy it, of course, it's trash. Don't buy online.
I was looking in SE Aurora/East Centennial area and found so much more value down in Castle Rock. Both are about 30 minutes from downtown Denver so not sure why the prices in SE Aurora were 30% higher.
I visited for a weekend and it is DEFINITELY Dense in Denver

South east Aurora is expensive as far as housing goes. Only good thing really is less crime than other parts of Aurora
CO has the worst drivers. I live in Littleton and every day there is an accident or people driving through red lights. I agree about the Pinery being a great place, we’ve been looking for old growth trees

So you didn't plan on a large city being crowded ... right. Ha weather other than mid winter is very nice here - not a con. Oh please Colorado vs. Florida or California natural disasters - not a con. Cost of living for Denver is you're only legitimate con here.

I live in Denver. Denver is *way* overbuilding apartment complexes. I mean, like you would not believe. Denver infrastructure is already inadequate. During our frequent drought years, we already have water restrictions. Our traffic is already horrible beyond belief. It is going to get *much* worse. Crime is sky-rocketing. The police budget has just been cut by $8 million so they can afford to keep flooding the city migrants.
I agree about the overbuilding. There will come a point in time where there are TONS more apartments then residents. We were short on apartments so a few investors decided to build. Now everywhere you look a new building is springing up. And it seems they are all really expensive ones. Glad I bought a house decades ago.

City is beautiful and consistently considered one of the best cities to live. It's a great city for all things outdoors, but if i was still in my 20s i would probably hate it since everything night life closes early. As a family man in my 40s i love it. Though i would probably get bored here if i was in my 20s looking for night life.

He loves it and your video gave me a glimpse of what Parker is about. And hey I saw a albino born right next to my cabin shack in the woods of Arkansas it was pretty cool. As a native of Denver Co. It used to be a nice area,until you damn California people with your democratic beliefs moved in,now leave,was a red state now so blue it's terrible can't say enough about how terrible you outsiders have ruined the state

Expensive! raised here over 60 years! looking to retire at a more reasonable price cost of living state.
There are 3 on ramps to get into Castle Rock. There are also many places to eat with an abundance Stores for shopping. We have 2 King Soopers Locations, Sprouts, Natural Grociers, Whole Foods,, Sam's Club and Costco is projected to be completed in 2026. I have everything I need without having to travel fat to get. Castle Rock is a great place to live for any generation. Check out the summer events!
Out of all the cities she mentioned in the video, Northglenn is the most affordable city to live in. Northglenn is surrounded by Thornton, so it is not going to grow anymore. Northglenn have a lot of parks, and it is a great place to raise children. I lived in Arvada, sold my house for $660,000, and just bought a new house in Northgleen for $437,000! My new house is nearly identical to my old Arvada house. I was able to pay off my new house, and I bought a brand new truck! I wouldn't live in the old part of Commerce City because it's rundown and ugly. Not to mention the smell! That city literally stinks! Westmister is a nice city, but it is as expensive as Arvada. Housing costs in the Denver metro area have more than doubled in the last ten years. Great video, thank you!
