To be honest you can grab it now for 35 quid, I always wait a few weeks and the price comes right down and then grab it cheap

pro tip there are fire zombies that are immune to acid as well none of the zombies seem to be immune to mutalator though.

The impactor mod doesnt have imune zombies to it

So all in all, it was a fun game, but what is the fucking sense of only getting legendary weapons after the game is over when there's no NG+? Rhetorical question, the real question is how ignorant and clueless are the Devs ?I'm literally shocked at how ignorant the thought process is.

I just wish the game was longer since it took 12 years too make. I mean take RDR2 for example. It took 8 years to create. Yet the storey is 30 hours long. Which is a lot better. I just wish the campaign on dead island 2 was 30 hours plus

Thank you for this breakdown, especially the pros and cons. Was sitting on my Hell-A Edition for a week, think I'm just going to return it and get Dying Light 2 for now until DI2 goes on sale next.

you come up first on search. Congratulations! Do you realize that you beat Gameranx? No joke. I clicked the video looking only at the thumbnail. Sure enough, your voice comes up and I was super confused. I was expecting Jake Baldino voice. Instead, it's this guy....no idea what channel is this I just wish the review would be harsher. This has gameranx vibes, with a very neutral review. I need reviewers to wipe the floor with a game like SKillUp.

I like too think outside the box and I believe popular youtubers who reviews games and game review companies like ign etc get paid by the game makers to say their game is good so it brings business for them too continue making garbage I mean creative video games.

I agree with everithinge you sad. But i would add more cons, abbout quests and map

I can see some of your points but me personally im really enjoying the game and i think its well worth it

Loved it my only gripe is how short it is, it feels weird paying like 100Cad for only like 20-30 hours of game when something like elden ring is also that price but I’ve been able to put 200+ hours into it and still not find everything

Depends how you look at it will take a lot longer to 100% all the slayers. Needs dlc for those just interested in playing through once though with the one I agree.

I’ll probably work through them over next few years as slightly different ability’s and story narrated for them all individually and it a fun game. I started with Ryan finished story Monday but getting all the side quests and lost people is making it a fair bit longer

this game just looks like pure fun unlike most games nowadays. nd the graphics nd look of the game looks rlly next gen. but man 70$ is so expensive i rlly hope it goes on sale soon.

This game demands "refund". False advertising of Co Op. No warning when you purchase for any but most recent consoles about not everything your paying for will be available to you.

Bought Dying Light 2 instead. No regrets!! Dying light 2 was on sale, and it doesnt look and feel clunky

Nice i hope you wont get bored fighting the same zombie model over and over again for ever while is just dies in one hit like a ragdoll

It’s amazing that this game is made with unreal engine 4. The gameplay is smooth despite some minor bugs on pc. The mods are decent, and I look forward to more weapon-mods in the future. I enjoy how the zombies react differently to fire and electricity. The story is not very engaging, but that’s not a big deal when you’re busy slaughtering zombies. I would love to see more skills cards that can create funny combinations. I rate this game 7.5/10 for its graphics and optimization. I hope they will release a DLC that will improve the game even more. I’m glad this game is finally out. I like the animations and the fury mode, especially with some skills cards that can extend it. I prefer this game over dying light 2, which seems to be all about parkour and fighting boring renegades that have no relevance to the story. Dying light 2 feels repetitive and bland to me, while Dead Island 2 has more variety(of zombies) and creativity in the zombie genre and knows what it wants to be.

as a dead island 1 fan back in the day i will definitely be getting dead island 2.

I thought the combat was pretty nice, It's nice to have a game with simple combat.. not every game needs to be insanely difficult and complicated / complex. This game is very chill and enjoyable, doesn't require a lot of skill or knowledge, there's no complicated or confusing modding / crafting system.. Would of been pretty nice to have some more animations / attack styles though, some more ways to use the weapons.. but overall I think the combat is chill and relaxing, fits the game pretty nicely tbh. The game is pretty simple and enjoyable. Not really overly complicated or complex.

The rage mode is LITERALLY the exact same thing they did ij dying light 2.. how do they take 12 yesrs to finish this and STILL copy multiple thing's from the dying light games.. its unacceptable

I wanted this game for a fun gory experience knowing it’s quite a different game compared to d1 dr which I enjoyed a lot. I said fuck that seeing the base game is 100$ on Xbox in 2023 July and most likely you’re buying the game for the gore physics that’s it it’s not a true dead island I feel and hell it’s not even an island😂

No game can beat dying light 1 and dying light 2, dying light 2 combat is so smooth and fast pace and I love it

This game is not the best because it is not applicable to many people. A lot of people can't afford a gaming pc, much less one that can run a game like this, but despite that, 60$ is way too much money for a Dying Light 2 "Remaster." Dying light 2 was pretty bad, but at least it was something.

I also disagree with this review, this game is super fun I love it & its only been 3 days so far i haven't played online yet,But the reviewer makes the game seem soo garbage & its not true at all. Someone said they'll get it once it's 30$ BRO this game isn't worth 30$ dollars. New gen consoles it's 70$ all new game's are 60$ 70$ if yu have a job its not that big of a deal but other than that this game IS IN FACT worth its price, Nothing about the game is repetitive, its like saying RED DEAD 2 is better than gta 6 when is comes out 😂😂🤦🏻‍♀️ just ridiculous.
