Absolutely love my vapor fly pro irons. The 2 iron is a fairway magnet. I have 2 of the vapor speed drivers and they perform within 5% of my Radspeed XB.

I still love my Nike clubs, my Driver (original 460cc Covert) , 3 & 5 Wood(Vapor Fly - Blue and Volt) 4 Hybrid (Covert 2.0 Tour) and Vrpro Gap wedge are all in great condition. Nike did make some great equipment, imo they tried to hard to keep up with the other sports Nike did, ie football (Soccer) , basketball, Athletics etc. nice video Simon :)

I still have the vapor speed 4 rescue in my bag,been in there for the last 4years, i love it! i will change it one day, but for now its staying and probably for the next 4 years!!

I just bought a used vapor speed driver for a steal and it’s the most straight hitting driver I’ve ever owned. Doesn’t quite hit as far but I’ll take accuracy over distance any day.

I am in the camp that says yes if it’s cheap… I had a Vapor Flex driver that was performing insanely for me… I was hitting my straightest and most accurate shots ever…. But then it blew apart at the driving range… into several pieces. The guys at the golf shop weren’t surprised…Nike was always the only brand they wouldn’t warranty. So if your swing speed is slower, and you’re kind to it and maybe don’t hit it a ton? Yes. But if you’re avid or a better player who plays often- no…it might not last. Don’t forget that these are pretty old clubs by now. Adhesives fail, plastics brittle, etc. Other than that, get one for a steal and enjoy it. I still dream of epoxying mine back together and drying it again.

I have a vapor pro and vapor fly irons. As well as a covert hybrid absolutely love them.

I have two Nike VSr Drivers that are so easy to hit. I also have a 2014 Pro Combos, and Vrs Covert 2 forged. All great clubs. All in great condition.

Cobra's Baffler DWS hybrids also had a raised stainless steel face. Made it easy to line up and protected the crown from marks. Best hybrids I have ever owned. I liked them so much I collected all 6 (1h thru 6h).

Nike blades are some of the best irons I have shanked that's for sure haha

I have the Nike Covert driver and 3-PW VR pro combo in mint condition. Will be rocking these for a good while

The Vaopr pro, and then the Fly pro were two of the most consistent drivers I've ever had. I was looking forward to the next gen, Vapor strike I think it was, before they pulled the plug. I think it was Tiger's fall that took them down. It's a shame because the last few models were really great. I liked the RZN black balls as well, I played them until last year, when my local source ran out.

I play covert 2.0 irons, vapor fly driver, covert 5 wood, had all their hybrids. Ive also got a set of VR blades, and VR cavity backs. Have nearly every version of covert and vapor driver, fairway and hybrid. Mostly like new. Even the weird method concept putter is kicking around

I always liked Nike clubs. Loved the designs and colours aswell

The Nike Vapor Speed line when I used it certainly is not the longest hitting out there but I found it to be really accurate and consistent across the face. Did seem to have those mad long lefts or the stinky high and short rights just really consistent :)

I had the vapor pro irons + driver & 3 wood and they were the best clubs ive played in 30 yrs golf,shame they dont continue to make clubs.

My VR pro 2 blades and engage wedges are the best I've ever used. I've had vokey wedges, taylormade wedges, scratch wedges and these are the best yet. anyone that bags nike equipment has never played it.

Used to game a Nike VR tour diver, great club.

I'm still rocking Nike CPR Irons and Nike VRS Covert 2.0 Hybrids and Woods.

My Vapor Pro Forged are still in 9/10 condition and they feel like butter, the performance is still great, I don’t think these will ever leave the bag, they’re just too damned sexy

I still use my Nike hybrid 3. It’s not the longest but I can shape it easy

I still have the vr forged cavity back irons and theyre awesome. Nike made some good clubs just not great drivers imo

Just picked up a set of mint Vapor Fly irons for 300 dollars!

Nike made some awesome stuff at the end of their run :/ also Simon get an old electric toothbrush for your cleaning ;)

This is very timely! I was able to get a left-handed Nike Vapor Speed display set (a set that featured the full range: Driver w/headcover, 3W w/headcover, 5W w/headcover, 3H w/headcover, 3i-9i, PW, AW, SW. The 5W, 3H and 3i are the same loft so only take one of the 3 out on the course) that I planned on using as I get back into the game and move on from the set of hand-me-down clubs I learned to play with 20 years ago. Might have to put the Nike set in storage and throw the mid-80's MacGregor Jack Nicklaus Golden Bear blades back in the bag (they even have tour wrap grips on them!)

Just put together an entire Nike bag. Vapor Fly irons and Vapor Speed driver and 5 wood. Also got the most Nike putter ever.... The Method Concept. Love whole set. Easy the launch the @#$% out of every shot. Im 53 and need every advantage I can get. Ha!

Off the subject of nike but on the subject of collecting clubs. I have a cobra f7 heritage edition driver in used but good condition. I cant find another for sale online or any info on how many cibra made etc. Do you have any knowledge on this particular model?. Apreciate anh help, keep up the good work 👍

Nike drivers, owned the a few of the cavity ones. I really really wanted them to work.... because you know, Nike. They just don’t perform as well as comparable drivers released in the same year :(

Nearly got the driver for 60 afew months ago but got a new cobra flyz+ for 70 instead. Should of just got it aswell for a collection item. I'm a beginner and haven't hit it yet so don't no weather to sell or keep??

Great vid as usual Simon! But I'd like to tell you that the intro music the last couple vids has been WAY too loud! I have to turn it almost all the way down to prevent ear damage (both with and without headphones) and then back up once you start talking.

Just so happens, I bought a set of Nike Covert VRS2.0 irons, 5 - S and Nike Covert VRS2.0 #4 hybrid along with the Nike Vapor driver back in 2016 when I decided to start playing some golf again after retiring and moving to Thailand. I really like the irons, but have trouble with the hybrid and sometimes the driver. I have a question for you. I have an opportunity to purchase a Nike Covert VRS2.0 #5 fairway wood for 2,500 Thai Baht, ($75.00 US). Should I get it and then try to find a Nike Covert VRS2.0 Driver at a decent price and then sell my Nike Vapor driver? Problem is finding a Nike Covert VRS2.0 driver that I can afford. I have found two of them here in Thailand, but they are both priced above $300 US..... Oh yea, like your channel, you've helped me out a few times, thanks.....

Pete Kenny: I got one almost new and I sell it for 100€, if you’re interested. I bought the combo (driver+5wood+5hybrid) in regular last year for my kid, that gained 15mph during summer and in September needed stiff shafts...

I had the honor of getting a full set made at Nike hq by Kyle freeman and his team, not a chance in hell I’m just gonna let them sit around or sell them

There's a reason why Nike gave up making clubs (whisper it quietly - they weren't good enough).

I don't see the mentality of selling the clubs before you upload the video when you have a core following of people that would probably want to buy these clubs. I know you say you would like to do it without the help of your channel but honestly isn't that what the channel is about? Marketing your products and services and helping people that support you?
