Hello from Kiwi as well ,Married to my Thai Wife for the Last 20 yrs retired and know most things in Thailand ,Phuket will never be the same due to 60/90 day Visa which are destroying Phuket from certain Nationalities ,Love Hua Hin .Better to buy a Town House ,no Problem otherwise you have to set a Company to Purchase a Good home .Prices are Very good the other Location is Cha am worth looking into as well ,Following your Channel any updates appreciated Cheers

How far from town? About 10 minutes from the main area.

Hua Hin is definitely more quiet, less congested, and certainly way more affordable. For what I currently pay for rent in Kamala, I could easily rent a big house with pool in Hua Hin.

Yes, agree. Properties that we looked at with the agent in Hua Hin would be at least double the price in the area we live in Phuket

Hua Hin is much better cheaper I remember 23 years ago phuket but Hau Hin is better I remember I drove from Bangkok to chaing Mia. The beach is lovely at Hou hin you made a great choice

Hi guys, Lene and I are an Aussie couple looking to do the same as you. We also have a small channel with around 60 vids. On of the most important things that I was told when we had put a few vids out was to never start the video title with Episode ###. This wastes valuable space in the title and your vid may not come up in as many searches as nobody searches for Episode 61! We moved our Ep number to the rear of the title. Maybe try it with a couple of new vids and see if it makes any difference. I've subscribed and will see how you go! Cheers Simon. Ps maybe do a bit of a sort out of the home page to make vids easier to find. Keep all the shorts together etc. Good luck with everything 👌👌👌

Thanks for your lovely feedback, I'm glad you have enjoyed the video! Yes there is indoor pickleball in Hua Hin. We played at the T Rex sport club - they are repurposed badminton courts, so not dedicated pickleball courts. They play a few times a week. You can visit their facebook page here and message directly. facebook.com/profile.php?id=100068094476586 - If you are visiting Phuket there are several places you can play... most of them are outdoor courts though.

Will be there in November for a month . We’re going Bangkok, hua hin , Phuket . So in order to live in Thailand we have to live near pickleball courts so my husband can play . lol would love to meet you guys and thanks again

Hua Hin 100% better than Phuket for Westerners, the British are loving hua hin 🎉

Some things are still great value, but yes you are correct that there’s a lot that’s expensive

I've been to Hua Hin, Pattaya, Phuket. Hua Hin is chill vs. other 2 for sure. If you're married and have kids, Hua Hin is amazing.
