People need to be informed. But in reality, people will vote for the same person again & again. To lazy to research facts. And immoral embraces immoral. Having the same e values play a part. We have new people now. AOC a bartender who is now a millionaire, who leaned fast how to work the system and screw us. Fetterman, a physical challenged incompetent person who has trouble speaking and understanding issues. The squad, all anti Americans. New doesn't guarantee honest patriotic people. The voter is the problem. Plus vet candidates stricter. Demand they have a good knowledge of history, civics, economics, world affairs, and our constitution. They follow it. We allow anything into our seats of govt. Do background checks, and no hint of scandal. And no cultural ideologies that are anti American.

We need to set term limits on doctors. Doctors today are more concerned about making $$$ than they are about treating your ailment. When you call for an appointment, the FIRST question that the scheduler asks is, "Who is your insurance with?" That's the first question. The second question is, "Do you have supplemental insurance?" The third question: "Okay, what is your name?" When you arrive for your appointment, you are required to show proof of your insurance. It's time to set a limit on the number of years that a doctor may practice medicine.

The only problem with that is that the doctor you would get would have little to no experience. I’d rather a brain surgeon with 20+ years of experience as well as numerous operations completed successfully. We need to just regulate these insurance companies and how much it costs as well as cost for treatment and medication. As for politicians we need to have full transparency of their entire life. No hidden accounts no mystery of insider trading and no stocks allowed at all within the direct family and if info is given to help other people make money there needs to be immediate charges and jail time.

Knowing that the congressional Reps fear this because they would lose their "career", I simply adopted to voting AGAINST any politician seeking re-election (my own personal Term Limits action). I will continue this for every election. The Presidential Term needs to be reformed to two 6 yr terms max. 4 years is not long enough for domestic AND foreign policy to have lasting effects. Presidential Election campaigns start within just 2 years of a result - and waste time and resources. Plus, campaigns are too long and too costly. So the campaigning time needs to be reduced drastically and set by law; and the amount that can be spent by, (or donated to), a campaign, needs to be reduced. And money paid to a President (and rest of Congress) needs to be drastically increased, to incentivize the very best talent from private sector to run for public office.

Regarding your comment that a president could serve two 6-year terms, thankfully you weren't at the Constitutional Convention in 1787. As to how much elected officials are paid, I agree they are paid far too much. Their pay should be limited to the median income level of the average American and any cost of living pay raises should be voted on by the people in a national referendum and limited/tied to the CPI (just like it already is for military retirees and Social Security recipients).
