While listening to this, I began to think about the US treatment of the Native Americans and how, if at all, did US violate habeas when it involved itself in the removal of the Native populations and in general the Indian Resettlement Act. If anyone has any thoughts on either I invite you to comment.

Look at the root of the word justice, and lady justice, it's from the Roman pagan deity"Justitia (Latin iustitia) as Latin didn't have the letter "J". So, what do you mean by the word justice when you go into their so-called courts, which are in fact, administrative tribunals that resemble courts. When the Messiah walk this earth, the first Caesar Augusta Octavian rule the Roman empire, till the Messiah was fourteen, when his son Tiberius took over, well, Octavian worshipped" Justitia and his son Tiberius build the first temples to her, and that's what these so-called courts are a temple to her, so you certainly get justice there, and no truth. These places use evidence, and evidence isn't necessarily true is it? Evidence c.1300 "Appearances from which inferences may be drawn. Appearances can be incorrect and wrong and in reality, you are being deceived. Just look at the word " person," and how they use words to deceive you, the language they use is legalese and not English. Then delve into the definitions of words, and the meaning of the words they use, they will not tell you. Thanks for not really getting to the issue....habeas corpus is about one of the most ancient of ancients of natural law which is...the accused has the right to face the accusser in an open forum....things cannot just be here say and gossip and complaints. Produce the body.
