Of course there are bigger problems than Poch but those are not problems that can be changed. The owners are here for at least 8 more years. The sporting directors are mere dummies because Eghbali is the one calling all the shots. The players are on deathrow contracts and most of them cant be sold because of their cost. Poch is the only legit variable that can be changed to get things moving in a positive direction.
