Part of the problem with the reboots was it all looked to clean. T1 had given us a definitive view of the future, with a blue and grey pallet, a dirty, grimey and desolate wasteland, with HKs rolling over millions of bones. When Salvation rolled around, it all looked to clean, to bright and colourful, and definitely not enough bones. The reboots have been so bad, that T3 now looks like a decent film, that at least closed the arc to future with John Conner.

yeah kinda reminds me of the fast franchise, but then despite us saying "no more" when they drop another Terminator, theres gonna be a certain percentage that will be like "hell yeah" 😅

I would have been ok with one more after T2 and it was set solely on the future war with the end being the T800 and Reese going back to 84 and the the portals blowing up before the credits.

If they make another terminator movie, I'd like them to go back to basics and make it more horror oriented like the first one, instead of the more action heavy squeals that I think most people are tired of seeing.

@@Flamingboi943 T2 is a garbage movie, that's my angle. I thought it was awesome when I saw it in theaters on release day, but with time and wisdom, I've come to understand just how awful it is. That's not to say it's worse than Salvation, Genysis, and Dark Fate....those are the worst ever. But the hype about T2 was always overblown. T3, as full of its own problems as it was, was a better, more logical sequel than T2.

@@DeusEx_Machina Start with T800 arriving with spiky/styled hair. The original T800had to cut his hair and style it when it was repairing/concealing damage. Then the liquid METAL T-1000 traveling through the time machine...."nothing metal goes through," Reese explained in the original....and the T-800 was able to go through because it was surrounded by living tissue. The T-1000 is NOT surrounded by living tissue - it is liquid metal. I can go on, but dissecting the movie proves it to be heavily flawed.

No, parts 3 and 4 were good also. It went to hell after that.
