I really felt each word you said Deepa. Everyone can become a scrum master. But very few become good scrum master.. coz one should have innate quality, so it's important to listen what you want to do, rather than just following the crowd ..

I don't agree with Ms Dipashree. Let me put this ironically. A man needs a wife. Now, what should be her qualities - technically adeptness? Does taking care of a hubby, home, children and in-laws require more than human skills? If she is a working lady then domestic and other homely jobs can be shared with anyone; whereas caring for her hubby, home, children and in-laws are always demanding. But one can't seek a girl as a wife, mother of his children, daughter-in-law, sister-in-law who is having driving skills, computer skills etc since he is a digital family and has lots of cars, computers. "The Scrum Master is responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum as defined in the Scrum Guide. Scrum Masters do this by helping everyone understand Scrum theory, practices, rules, and values. The Scrum Master is a servant-leader for the Scrum Team. The Scrum Master helps those outside the Scrum Team understand which of their interactions with the Scrum Team are helpful and which aren’t. The Scrum Master helps everyone change these interactions to maximize the value created by the Scrum Team". SO TECHNICAL AND OTHER LIKEWISE SKILLS ARE EXTRA AND IRRELEVANT IMPORTUNITIES.

Hi Madam, I wanted to request for some guidance . I have worked in software testing in IT for first 3 years In my 3 years of testing experience, I worked in agile scrum framework worked closely with scrum master , like how he follows agile scrum, product backalog refinement, scrum ceremonies, handling impediments, communicating across teams, helping the team acheive goals and deadlines etc ... How he manages to work done smoothly ..coordinates with stakeholders like clients product owners business analysts higher management etc and coordinates with developers testers etc But last 3 years I have worked in customer support operations. Would it be possible to switch to scrum master . I'm more interested in it Could you please guide me
