I dont like the current vlogs as much as the old ones at Cambridge or the ones you did in lockdown. They were much more relatable. For instance the ambiente in your old flat was more like any other students. Today it has a professional vibe, to which I cannot relate that much. Although I am happy for your success. Another point is that your old Vlogs (which I tbh watch repeatedly Even today) had these timelines, where you told us what you did. This was motivating me very much and pushed my own productivity. Take care, Ali! and cheers from Germany!

I think this one is spot on actually! Really like the idea of more casual sharing of ideas while getting to see more of what’s going on in the background. I’ve personally been enjoying the quantity of videos that the daily vlogs have produced. You’ve definitely got me thinking about the bias toward action stuff.

We love the vlogs!! - I feel like you naturally share your ideas/concepts anyways during the day so structured/focused vlogs arn't necessesary imo. These vlogs give me a 'not overthinking' vibe, interseting, relatable , chillling with friends and most importantly, not too serious!

Keep it like it is. But don't stop it. It's one of the highlights of my day. Don't take this vlog too serious. It shows what keeps you and your first-class team busy during the day. It makes curious what will be going on in the near future For the serious part you have your other channel To make it a daily habit you have to go on for at least 60 more days. If you win the lottery your main channel would die, because among earning money with the work you do gives meaning to your work and channel.

I've wondered a lot about this myself! Especially in terms of how risk-taking to be with content. I think that if you (or 'one' rather) end up sticking to the same old thing out of fear of losing the main revenue stream / reputation / whatever it might be, that thing tends to lose its spark at some point, either because you've lost interest in that type of content and it therefore feels wrong to continue doing it, or the audience can feel you're trying to crowd-please rather than being fully authentic. Somehow I feel like life pushes us outside of our comfort zones in a sort of unnerving way 😆Or maybe just for ambitious / easily bored types.

I think you have the right idea of keeping the main channel lower risk, with consistently high-quality value-added content. This vlog channel works great as the experimental channel, where the people who really enjoy the main channel can come for even more bonus/supplemental/inspirational content. If the "daily" part of the vlog ever feels like too much pressure, or like too much quantity over quality, then I'd say just post whenever you feel inspired, instead. big fan btw :)

When it comes to learning, traditional study materials can always bring you to a certain base level, but experience brings unique insights that only experience can bring. Some of these vlogs are showing unique insights from your personal experience, small tidbits that add up to our knowledge on a range of topics, such as: Your notion of procrastination, what a good day to you feels like, how you balance life and work, how you choose to manage the business, how your team does some of its work etc. I find these vary valuable as a personal reference

The second channel should be 100% experiment. You’re non reliant on it, and those who follow are there for the experiment too. Main channel can then utilise the data, what worked, what didn’t and we did enjoy doing along the way…

A vlog can add value through entertainment not just through the information shared. A vlog should or can tell a story like Casey etc. Just experiment and see what happens

I've thoroughly enjoyed these vlogs. I realize it a lots of work, and hope it is sustainable and worthwhile for you and your team. It's really nice. Hope you can keep making these Vlogs. If it's too work intensive for your team, consider making these short videos, using "Beau of The Fifth Column" as a model. He puts out minimum 1-video daily, and his approach may be a more sustainable way to go.
