Freeze was a 11th in portal recruiting and 8th in highschool recruiting in his first full year. He currently is on track for a top 5 class in highschool and will probably hit up the portal again this year. The real story is JOX bringing in Auburn haters as usual and the Birmingham media being Bias as always. I'm sick of them pushing false narratives but I don't know what we can do.

I get that the team needs to show improvement on the field this year but dang, you have to be blind not to see the upgrades, especially at Oline and Dline, that they are bringing in. I would argue for WR too.

Hugh is getting top 10 recruiting classes, why would you build through the portal? If Hugh wasn't getting top recruiting classes then yes build through the portal. Maybe part of the reason Kiffen is hitting the portal so hard is because Ole Miss is not getting top 10 classes

The discussion about KLS is an interesting one that I think has been overlooked to a degree. Clearly there had to be some strong words that got him on The Plains but the guy is on his last rodeo and I doubt he is just wanting to cash in on as much NIL as possible with no aspirations of potentially getting into the league. This is a receiver that watched Payton Thorne from the sidelines on two occasions and watched Thorne overcome a mistake and pitch a great game in 2021. How much does KLS believe in Payton Thorne to come to Auburn?
