I would really like to know why none of the award shows have not asked Amber Riley to participate in honoring the Queen of Soul. To date they have chosen artist that are already linked to a record label or the recording industry. This young lady can flat out sing and I personally think she would do Aretha Franklin proud.

I know Aretha personally wanted Jennifer Hudson to play her in a biopic (which is coming out this year), but I think Amber would have SLAYED the role. She can sing like nobody's business and she's quite the actress as well.
