I know some people say this is too much, but I love the look for my ibo kits for the brutal fighting of that universe.
Realistically this is better for ground type mobile suits

What would be the best way to do this on bare plastic? Want to weather some of my models but I dont paint the pieces individually

Give the plastic pieces a nice quick coat of matte varnish / topcoat. Then weather away. 😊
