@@voz.mp4 you can add to noodles (the final touch like spring onions). No need to cook too much. It has its taste of its own and crunchy. Or if you are making pakora with maida, can add the beans spout too in the batter.

I never knew making bean sprouts was that easy.. I've got to give it a try. Thanks for always share.

@@vs9533 the description in the videos that wait 4 nights for the sprouts to grow. But soak it in water for 4 hour before you put it in a dark container.

I remember throwing away some some green beans in a compost, just a few seeds. They grew humongous in 3-5 days - like 30 cm tall, fat giant stalks. Bloody amazing these things are.

Do you rinse the sprouts every day or just leave 4 days covered? You must live in hot climate

I save glass jars and use those with cheesecloth tied with rubber bands--I stay away from plastics due to the chemicals. This video was fun to watch! I always sterilize the bottles with boiling water before adding mung beans to soak.

Echo_in_ the_forest not MSG or “chicken powder” so gross and unhealthy. See ingredient for chicken powder: dry chicken fat, chemical flavorings, MSG more chemicals. Mushroom powder? More chemicals. Vietnamese cuisine existed before the Chinese and French domination. Our foremothers didn’t didn’t use MSG and chicken powder. 🤮 my mother raised me before the fall of Saigon. Absent in her kitchen: msg & chicken powder. That’s why I get a stomachache when I visit friends who use them. Like clock work I get the runs every time!

Ну, с MSG и долото проглотишь. Только кроме вреда никакой пользы. Даже от тех продуктов, что они готовят. А после того, что я увидела, где они моют эти проростки, так вообще аппетит пропал. Навсегда.

@@user-jz5cf8ir9h Тут дело даже не во вкусе, а в элементарной гигиене. Хотя и вкус (MSG) они тоже искусственный добавляют. Что в свою очередь, опять же, отражается на здоровье.

Раньше люди воду из рек и водоёмов пили без кипячения, и никто не умирал от дезинтирии, кромки эпидемиалогичешских случаев,

I would love to try this at home. Could suggest a type of bean please ? I've heard there are differences and there are specific sprouting beans from regular store bought...? Is this true and are there any issues ? Thank you for any guidance you can give. Hugs from Texas💜

@@KooKooforCards Mung bean is what they use. And soy bean also can be used, but its cotyledons is chewier. You should pick the newest bean for the best quality of the product.
