We hit the road this morning and traveled over to Hwy 127 in Crossville, TN for the world's longest yard sale! We've hit this yard sale every year for over 25 years and it doesn't disappoint. We start out in Crossville and travel down to my favorite little town, Pikeville. If you've never been to Pikeville, you're missing out. The small town charm, the shops & bakeries on Main Street, the beautiful homes that are beautifully nestled on Main, the overall feel of "I never want to leave this place" is the parts I love. I'd move there in a heartbeat.
We had lunch at a cute bakery in Pikeville called Miller's Bread and let me tell y'all, it was ah-mazing! Thank you, BJ, for being the sweetest thing and making us the best sandwiches ever!
Coming out of Pikeville, over Dayton Mountain, we found a new to us farm store and we couldn't pass it up! We got a couple of great deals on boxes of tomatoes and those videos will be coming up soon.
All in all, it was a great day. It was hot, but nowhere near as hot as it has been in the past!
