the qualities on this bearings are ok. cheap and affordable. i always use bearing spacers, so that i can tighten em up but wheels stil spins freely.

yes agreed!!! i hope that new skateboarders can find these on shopee too to save themselves a few ringgits when putting together a setup. Totally agreed with the use of spacers too, essential for the longevity of the bearing, oh and dont forget the washers too :D thanks for supporting GaBan Lange!!!
Is it true that abec 9 bearings break easily

not necessarily they depend a lot on how you skate (high impact vs low impact) and if you take care of them. I believe that these are probably brand name bearings without the packaging and branding, but i stand corrected
