@@mansplain3626 Ragging is deliberately avoiding to make offensive plays with the puck, just keeping it and holding it back for as long as possible to kill time. When you see an NHL defenseman start skating, but then turn back behind his net to wait for a line change, that’s ragging the puck. Doing it to allow for line changes is widely accepted, but it’s a bit more frowned upon and considered unsportsmanlike by some when a team is tagging it excessively because they have the lead and just want to kill the clock because they’re afraid of the other team’s ability to score and come back.

Nasher so underrated as a player man. Good video!! Also Tendie is nasty, last game was rough but well played guys!

A trick to doing the lacrosse goal for beginners is to use the back of the net to get it on your stick, once you get good at that, start practicing flipping the puck up over small objects. After you get that, practice flipping it up on your stick. My dad taught me the same thing and now I can do the lacrosse goal easily. Hope that helps!
