I owe it all to Ken, Bill, and Lenny! When I first started out in the mid-late 90's there was nothing in the way defense/CCW shooting skill drills in my area to set a guy like me in the right direction, if it weren't for my stumbling onto those early Wilson Combat VHS tapes at one of the gun stores that I frequented at the time I'd probably wouldn't have taken my shooting to the levels that I did.. And still do! 🤠 Great Drill from a True Legend! Thanks for everything Ken! 🤟

Love it! I've been a fan of the show since way back in the 90's! And the content is still great

Ken is definitely someone who I would love to train with, sadly he is retired , so stuff like this is priceless.

Epic! Thanks for the work you guys do with the channel we know KZread is a gamble for anything 2A related and you hard work doesn’t go unnoticed! Also take care of you health guys! I’m pretty sure Ken was around when the 1911 got adopted into service and he’s still shooting like the young guys!

We shot this last Wednesday night, in the winter we practice at our indoor range, just keeps us fresh. I think there were 7 of us, none of us could break 11 seconds, all of us compete, but none of us shoot enough I guess. 😎

Since I do knot own a range, I am restricted to 1 lane. What drills might you recommend for the Wick alternate or prep for a Steel Challenge using paper targets.

Great shooting, so I have one major question for you and that is are you including recharging time or are you just counting shooting time???? The reason that I am asking is the fact that you did not show us you're recharging your firearm????

He just added the times of all 3 strings, administrative reloads aren't timed. What he didn't explain is how much time is added for each point dropped on target. This drill is useless without the draw, reload and point scoring.

Yeah, like the scene where they are walking through a crowded building shooting each other with suppressors and no one sees or hears anything. Very realistic! 😒😒🤔🤔

Call it the Micky mouse drill then, it's still a skill-drill and that's the point Ken is making.

Move around. Since we're playing gunfight at close range you and the 3 assailants aren't static stuck in one place. They'll be moving, at you. Quickly. You need to be moving too. I'm assuming they aren't shooting at you in this drill. Perhaps some John Wick Hollywood magic could recreate that too. Let's really play'- you've been wounded, your strong hand and all your shooting is weak handed including the magazine drills.

That's not John Wick. John Wick is double tap in each. Walk over to each on the ground, one in each head.

Perhaps just saying Expert, Sharpshooter, Marksman, or unqualified would be better than made-up, condescending terms.
