@Zack Darce I think you're the one that, technically, rocks the drum kit better than us all! Keep it up!
D, Seriously you need to make these more often. I learn so much in such a short amount of time. Thank you.

Same. I learned more about cameras here than the entirety of my cinematography course in college.
Holy shit man your cinematography is just insane. Like I see your shots and they are gorgeous and then you explain why and it just makes so much sense, proper skill there
Bro, the work that went into this! Props 👍🏻
I'm exhausted. What a BTS vid. I loved the short and this is so much information that I need to add it to "view later" so I can take more notes on what you did here. Fantastic work with what you had. So impressed.

Awesome BTS and project Darious! Thank you very much for the many details. Very educating and empowering for solo-work.
I love how quick each breakdown is. I feel like it gives me quick ideas of how I can make my own adjustment for lighting and composition. reaching toward your production techniques and my own at the same time. Thanks for your commitment to your art. Also great film
Incredible insight!! I love these behind the scenes videos
This was awesome! Thank you for sharing very useful information. Loved the actual film too.
Why do i love this more than the actual film itself? The thought processes behind the decisions, and how you weave them together in a seamless BTS video... just amazing.
This was so great to see after seeing the brilliance that was your pandemic video
WOW! Thanks for sharing this!
Love the BTS, dude! This is so helpful!

Dude, you're a legend. Thank you for all the hard work you do and teaching us mere mortals.
Wow. This was pretty amazing! Super informative.
I don't think I've ever watched a tutorial video that was this entertaining. Great information and extremely well delivered. Thank you for what you do. I've been having some issues with motivation lately, though some time constraints are involved which have made it easier not to do something. But I really need find the time to create something. I feel inspired after your video. Again, Thank you.
So much has been learnt! Thank you for this
Love seeing your process Darious! it’s so inspiring! Keep it up dude!

This was so good and filled with such filmmaking goodies!!!! The film was great perfectly capturing the tone of isolation during these times! Keep it up, D!!
Lots of great detail in this one. The little things matter.
Wow! Your videos have come a long way. Well done. (I'll probably watch this several times to get all the details.)
Seeing the versatility of that light, I might buy it
I like the composition of that garage shot. It doesnt matter if you're centered or on a third, as long as the frame feels balanced, which it is. good stuff broseph
I need that Voigtlander so bad Great inside into your work, I learn so much here
Amazing what you can do with an "old" camera, but new old-style lens. Love the thought and emotion you put into it, and very well explained, thanks.
Very well done!
06:45 "Because, well, I have a dark skin and it absorbs a lot of light" Man I remember reading an article on how camera makers were suposedly racist, because they "made" it difficult to photograph people with dark skin. At that time I knew nothing about ISO and stuff like that, but knowing it now, I amazed that the writers did not took the 5 minutes it would have taken them, to get to know why it had nothing to do with racism and all with the physics of light.

Superb. Thanks for uploading
This film was great, I suggest watching it people. Love you videos bro. Keep shooting.
I just found you. I wish I discovered you at the beginning of the pandemic. Anyways, you're a great teacher. At 1st, I felt so insecure watching this video. But you've been doing this a while so I shouldn't try to compare My knowledge to your knowledge. I really should just, Edit what I have an upload. At any rate, I'm just going to start doing my thing and keep coming back been watching your channel to get better. Thank you so much for providing so much value you in all of your videos.🙏
Your one of my favorite channels
This was a super informative behind the scenes look. Unlike most people who say what they did, you said why you did it, and that is very helpful! Thanks!
This is so great man! Learn way more from you than any film course I've taken. Would love to see a post-production breakdown of this as well, if you were willing
Great inspiration as always. Will watch the short soon to get some more inspiration. Kate is very cute.
love you darious. forever a fan. people will see alot of your style in my films that's for sure. no film school fam where you at🤠
The methods behind the creative madness! Your approach is very efficient, the art of film making is getting the maximum desired effects from the available tools, you are slaying it young brother! Love me some Sirui anamorphic on my GH-4 also, and yes I am in the Indegogo campaign for the 35mm.
I love how you try to tell stories with visuals there. I think that's a big improvement for you as a filmmaker and storyteller!
Man I just love you bruh bruh 🎬💪 thank you so much
I don’t know of any other filmmaking channel that goes into as much detail and specifics on how to make a film. It’s wonderful to see such concentrated filmmaking content right here.
