Ferrari didn't want Riccardo in his "prime", there's no way they'd take him now.
Sainz and Leclerc are equal in my eyes. Charles is faster but inconsistent, Carlos is slower but consistent. Ferrari prefers Leclerc because he’s more popular and marketable for the Ferrari brand.

Carlos needs to go and lead Audi. Audi might take time but they never fail. Their engine reliability is the stuff of legend and I've no doubt they'll attract the right people, if they havent got them already.
Maybe Sainz needs to start talking openly to Andretti Cadillac. Pair him up with their golden boy from Indy Cars and boom you have a great driver line up. Food for thought
Dan will be #2 wherever he goes.

Sainz is going to AUDI, he signed with them 2 weeks ago. How ever he is a free agent until then, he can ether go to Sauber or any of the other team in the mean time.
Would love to see Carlos at Red Bull. 24 races, 24 one two’s
Carlos will go to Audi as they will offer a much better contract and package plus Carlos Snr won Dakar with Audi. Carlos Snr is super keen for that to happen after working with Audi and seeing their professional dedication compared to the circus at Maranello.
Sainz is not good for be in Ferrari!! Should be out Even Leclerc make a lot mistakes since midle of 2022
Carlos is a smarter driver than Charles. He should move on.
The reality? unless both have spectacular seasons, both are unemployed in 2025

Sainz is just decent on his best of days. Maybe brainy like Prost, with the speed of a Berger, if that. We saw his base level in 2015 against Max who had 4 years less (only 1 ) in cars, and Sainz even knew the Pirellis from FR3.5. With Max still careful to not eff up his young start, they were a match in quali, giving Sainz an unearned quali master rep. In races, the 17 year old Max just walked away. Spectacular overtakes. Sainz' first on track overtake came in Hungary against the GP2 engine, I think, for no points, just giggles. Did Sainz become somewhat solid? Yes. Top driver? No. I'd have Albon over Sainz for sure.

I doubt you experienced 1978 and 1979 - the hare and the tortoise fable playing out. Old, wide heads win out over sheer speed. Andretti beats Peterson the "Super Swede". Schekter beats Gilles the uncannily quick Canadian. Carlos lap times are much closer to Leclerc's than either of those pairings by a lot. The two are a great combination, ring and yang if you like. And they get on well. There's so much hate towards Carlos who is very easy does it in his team relations, driver inputs, strategy etc. Granted Charles is a tenth or more quicker (most days) but this will be another Ferrari own goal. He's good enough to partner Max, much, much better than Checo and a team player.
Perhaps Sainz can be Fernando’s successor. Sauber are trash. Steer clear. It’ll take Audi time, if they ever become competitive.
the level of bias in this video is ridiculous, sainz never was and never will be in the same level as leclerc to demand a multi-year contract, he is number 2 material for ferrari, if he wants to be number 1 he should move elsewhere, to a midfield team.

When the Japanese don't like a load of lettuce, they just let it sit on the dock until it rots.
I wouldn't be surprised if Sainz moves over to Audi after the 2024 season. He would be a great Development Driver for them. Honestly, I think Leclerc needs to get out of Ferrari. I would like to see Lando Norris at Ferrari and Leclerc in a McLaren myself.
