I picked up a Asues XT9 mesh system due to your great reviews. Now my Harris modem is getting old and quirky. What would you recommend to future proof myself?

This might sound like a dumb question but I'm always interested in learning new things why would access points be better than a wired mesh system for example I'm looking at the Netgear 970 Wi-Fi 7 mesh system plan on having at least three maybe four all wired together but I've also looked at access points just found this video showing a access point that has Wi-Fi 7 that also has 10 gigabit capability I'm just trying to figure out if it's worth spending the money on the 970 or get these wired access points

It's up to you, either way is good. The AP have the advantage of hiding in plain sight but these fast ones aren't going to be cheap either. Orbi 970 is also solid, really great mesh. Either way you will have great speeds. For a business setting I would go with the access points since you can wire a lot more of these.

What’s the price? Netgear’s website shows “Request quote”, so I’m guessing it’s ridiculous even compared to the WiFi 7 Orbi.

I imagine they will be available on Amazon in the future, there was a third party seller on Amazon selling it for 799, bot sure if that's the retail price or not. I'll keep my eye on it to see if it's available on Amazon in the future by Amazon as the seller.

This is the only WIFI 7 access point POE that I know. Is there any similar WIFI 7/6E POE access point? Netgear is pricy in my country, so I plan on buying ruijie that has WIFI 6 POE.

There is a wifi7 AP from TP Link Omada EAP773 which is far cheaper and also ha a 10gbe port, for $200. Then there's a U7 Pro from Ubiquiti for even less. This is definitely overpriced.

Tp link does have the Omada. The wifi 6e netgear wax630ep was on sale in US.

@@landpet It's on sale wax630EP for $179 right now. Would you consider that over the Omada wifi7 AP?

A credit card-based Insight premium subscription is available in selected countries. Installers and DIY can use the "Insight Pro" subscription WW. It is License key-based. License keys can be bought from VAR channels. WBE750 comes with a one-year Insight subscription, and WBE758 comes with a four-year subscription included.

So how much faster do your tube videos load on your phone??? For home use I would rather have 2-$300 access points that were "only" 2.5 GbE with better coverage than extremely fast single point for home use. If you expect to routinely access 50GB+ files on a NAS wirelessly or have 400+ users, then maybe.......maybe. Not trying to be a hater but if it was $350 it would be a lot easier to take. The router, two access points and the POE switch are collectively $2,950. Seems pretty steep for a homeowner or small business that will probably never notice faster speeds outside of a speed test.

These are more for businesses but I actually like something like this to hide it somewhere. The price is steep obviously so it really depends. You can get something cheaper that will still provide good results, just depends on your preference.
