What do you apply on face before bed

I’ve been using it on the bottom of my feet to help with the nerve problem that we older people develop. Put it on the bottom of my feet, cover with cotton socks and wear all night. It’s has helped amazingly well. The nerve numbness was creeping up my shins….no longer. This is truly a miracle product.

Bindismom, I learned of a remedy for neuropathy of the feet my friend was dying of cancer and had lost all feeling in his feet because of chemotherapy and he did what I'm about to tell you and it worked in one day! You take two paper towels and you place them on the floor on top of Saran Wrap underneath them, then you pour castor oil and cover the oil liberally with cayenne pepper. You step both of your feet on top of them, wrap the Saran wrap up on your feet and then cover each foot with socks and sleep like that overnight . Like I said my friend who unfortunately did pass away from an aggressive cancer had lost all feeling in his feet because of chemotherapy and within one day he got it all back. He was shocked. Try it and report back to us. I've been wanting to do it just because I have bad circulation in my feet where they're generally always kind of cold so I'm about to do this in the next week or so. Be well!!❤

Please make sure if you are using this with a lotion that you use a lotion that does not have toxic ingredients. One huge benefit of Castor oil is that it will help drive anything else you combined with it further down into your cells. If you are combining it with something that has toxic ingredients you are just driving those toxins deeper and deeper into your body causing even more problems.

@@fatimanera natural oils are the best: jojoba, coconut or almond oil, etc. If you want some scent put 1 drop of natural essential oil like lavender, frankincense rosemary or any scent you like.

I started rubbing it on my husband's neck - where he had radiation treatment had a build up of scar tissue from radiation following surgery. We could tell a difference in a day and within 3 nights of rubbing this in, his neck is completely soft!!! We were amazed!! He is also getting more saliva production and tasting better (radiation damage). Please share this information with anyone who has scar tissue built up!

@@jeantea7109 I said I take 15 mls every ten days . I apply on my the belly button everyday and rub around my stomach . I do mix it with other oils 1: Rosemary oil, nutmeg oil and coconut oil and apply on my joins too and has work tremendously well for me . I will for ever use it .

I had an opportunity to help some mechanics who were actually homeless addicts sleeping on the floor of a car repair shop in Tacoma, Wa... rainy and tons of mosquitos. Two of the guys had huge open Mersa sores on their dirty hands. I talked them into spending at least 12 hours with a castor oil pack taped onto their sore and like magic the pus was GONE when they woke up the next morning! They took a liking to the remedy and treated themselves for about 5 to7 or 8 days with the castor oil packs and big clean bandage until the Mersa was totally GONE!! A REAL GIFT FROM GOD!

How do you make a pack?

I have dry eyes, every morning I wake up with super dry eyes, to the point every morning I need eye drops before I could open my eyes (if I open my eyes without eye drops it would be very painful). The first time of putting castor oil on my eye lids after shower, I woke up with out dry eyes the next morning. To help with stickiness I just let a tiny bit of coconut oil melt in the palm of my hand and add a couple of drops of castor oil to that it goes on super smooth with no stickiness this is also great for massaging into joints ect.

I love that you gave the warning regarding pregnancy because it absolutely is true! When I was pregnant with my last born, all 21yrs ago, I was over being pregnant and wanted to meet my baby already (i was over my due date) took a teaspoon of castor oil, my water broke a few hrs later (not even 5hrs) and I went into labour.

I never knew the full benefits of cold pressed castor oil. I bought it for my hair loss. I also use it for my over plucked eyebrows. My hair has grown, and that was the first result I saw. I love how it instantly relieved me of the itching I had on the back of my head one evening that I was itching quite a bit! That was an “accidental learning curve for me that night”. The itching went away instantly and has not returned. I recently noticed the growth on my eyebrows, I’m amazed and cannot believe it! I also had one eye that had outer bottom lash line with very little to no lashes. They have grown back in 6 months applying it every night and every morning. I will use it for my thumb that tends to lock up due to an old injury. I plan to also use it to exfoliate my cellulite and for the bone on bone arthritis pain I get on my knee. Thank you for sharing this.

If you have cracks on the bottom of your feet use castor oil. I used to go to the pharmacy every summer but no more all the cracks and dead skin on my feet fell off. Massage your feet for about 2 minutes and wear socks to keep the castor oil on your feet. Now after about a month my feet have no more cracks and new skin like a baby so soft. I still continue to do that ritual at night to keep my feet moist and healthy. Thanks to castor oil.

I sometimes get a strange painful, itchy rash in the center of my chest. I have been getting this flare up for years. I have gone to dermatologist and they gave me a cream I had to use for weeks and weeks - it would take forever to see any improvement. I tried castor oil and had improvement for day one! It has been a week and it is nearly gone and massively improved. Excellent!

As of recently, I have been using it on my knee. I have had a large golf-ball sized bursitis pocket on top of my knee cap. Castor oil has totally helped that pocket of fluid to subside. Quickly and easily. PRAISE GOD🙏🙏🙌🙏🙌

Tip. When using caster oil packs heat needs to be applied for at least 20 minutes to activate the oil faster I love my packs❤️

I've been using it for swelling in my feet & legs, as well as to tighten skin & reduce stretch marks & deal with thinning hair. In other words, literally from head to toe. IT WORKS! 🤩🥰

I've used it for the past 6 months on my over plucked 1980 eyebrows, and they have grown back!!!! You need to apply it morning and night, neat without missing a day. To speed up the process, I gently scaped (exfoliating) the areas you want to grow. Ironically, I used the end of my tweezers. 😊

Thank you thank you thank you , you have taught me so much about the uses of Caster oil, I’m 72 and I’ve only recently started to use caster oil at night , I pat onto my face and eye lasses as I don’t have many eye lashes massage on my flabby arms and lumpy thighs, I do put some oil in my belly button but I drink a tablespoon once a week helps my sever constipation , after 2 weeks I’m getting a much better sleep ❤️

I had a meniscus tear a couple of decades ago. The doctor said I needed an operation. I had atrophy of the muscles in that leg. All the pain went away. Movement was restored and now I do sports and ballroom dancing. I refuse to let a doctor cut on me having worked in an injury law office and knowing what people go through. Using it sparingly on your face during the morning is a wonderful moisturiser it actually clears up acne

Since then, I used it every day - I apply it on my face and neck (morning and evening), I apply it on my stomach, thighs and butt. Indeed, the facial skin seems more plump, brighter. My biggest discovery is that my stomach feels smoother... otherwise I'm also a slim woman but after my last delivery I have a belly in front (like 4 months pregnant) and I now feel that my stomach is smoother and my thighs and butt seem smoother . I have applied this oil to my scalp as well, but I don't feel any changes in this regard, since I have only been using it for 2 weeks. I haven't had any direct problems with my scalp either. You know, I've honestly watched dozens of videos and every time I get more and more motivated to continue using with care. Love! 😍

I use it during the day, under makeup. It’s the very best primer. I put a tiny amount in my palm and warm it up really well rubbing my palms together, then press it onto my face and neck. It’s the smallest amount! I just let it sit for maybe 5-10 minutes before I put on sunscreen and then makeup.

It’s not uncommon to look 30 when you’re 55. Wait til your 65-66, that’s when the changes really start. And unless you’re going for cosmetic surgery, there won’t be anything you can do but accept what is.

@Shazam4321 oh I have accepted it. Aging is a blessing to be here each day. However I will disagree that the big changes don't happen until later. I started seeing changes in my 40's and definitely when I went through menopause...big changes. I think it's different for everyone. I eat healthy exercise and have a good skincare routine so I am happy if I even look a year less than my age if not 20 yrs .

I Apply castor oil under my feet at night when i cant sleep it works like magic, i have a goodnight sleep, i sleep like a baby whenever i Apply it

Truly amazing I could really tell from your joy . I got damn stressed and food imbalanced so suffering hair loss issues. Now I tried to use this oil to get my hair back to what it was.

I’ve been using castor oil for over a month. I’m not seeing any real benefits. But I do believe it works for most people.

I love castor oil for everything! I've been using it on my scalp and hair for a few months and this may sound crazy but I am not having near as much Grey hair come in! My lashes and brows have grown a ton. My skin looks amazing. I wear a castor oil liver pack every night and love how relaxed and good I feel from it. Plus I hardly have any belly fat now. Not sure if that's related but it happened since starting to use the pack so i dunno. The stuff is straight up a gift from God that I'm so grateful for! Now if my bf will just try it lol 😊❤

​@@JohannaHassunmy homeopath DR says you soak a washcloth in castor oil. Its messy. Place it on kidney area and place a plastic bag or plastic wrap ontop and atop it with a hot water bottle. Keep it there until bottle gets cool. 3 days in a row. It will break down the kidney stones etc.... You never wash the washcloth, just keep it in a baggy until next use.

I love castor oil too! However, I was taught that it will pull things into your body, into your blood….. Anything it is in contact with. So I wouldn’t mix it with anything that has chemicals in it. Like the lotions and conditioners which may contain ingredients that are carcinogenic or preservative. This is why they will only recommend using castor oil with natural fibers. Love it so much. Your tips are fabulous and i am now going to include your ideas too. Thank you so much for making the video.

What works really well with applying castor oil on the face are those little silicone pads with the mini bristles all over. Just drip two or three drops on them and apply until all the oil has been used up - and no sticky hands!

@@0rliThe „silicone face scrubber pads“ (bought them on Amazon) are perfectly hand-washable with just some soap.

I’m a user of castor oil. I apply to skin and dab peppermint oil from the bottle. It breaks down the verbosity of the oil. It’s the best pain killer for arthritis. With the peppermint oil it absorbs quickly and doesn’t leave the sticky mess.

Just a warning. I used peppermint oil before bed and it actually kept me awake. I think peppermint is good for the morning.

You can remove Castor Oil by using a solution of baking soda and water in a basin. First use paper towels to remove as much residue as possible. I used 1 T. Baking Soda to 1/2 basin of water. I used for Uterine Fibroids- it works!

Thanks for the great tips. I had no idea there were so many different pads. I also couldn’t figure out a good way to put on hair. I put it directly on and had to wash several times to get out. I’m going to try your way. One improvement I noticed is on my eye lid. I have some creepiness and a hooded lid worse in one side. It’s definitely better. My eye shadow goes on smoother and more eyelid is showing. I noticed better lashes too.

Yes I can! I’ve used burdock and milk thistle for years but without the results from when I added the castor oil pack. That made supplements able to do their job. As noted by my holistic doctor.

I have used it to get rid of a big brown spot on my chest and nose. I also mix a few drops of it with argon oil every night on my face. It's heaven.

I had a small seborrheic keratosis on the left side of my face that wasn’t very noticeable under make up. In the past year, it had started growing and getting super obvious. One night I decided to soak a cotton ball in castor oil and use a Band-Aid to apply it to the spot on my face overnight. After four nights of doing this spot that had been making me super self-conscious for months was completely gone. I don’t have a scar, you can’t even tell where it was. It was like a miracle. The age spots on the back of my hands and on my face have almost completely faded away after about two months of use of castor oil at night.

In the med we have been usingthis for millenia. It was taught to me by my grandmother. Please make sure you biy it ethically though as some out there is not sustainable. By the way Castor packs on belly can help with IBS...menstrual pain etc.for those that still have menses. This is why you have to be careful if pregnant . Asmarks: Increase your consumption of olive oil. Nutritionists have known for 50+ years that olive oil stops arthritis from getting worse. It will not reverse arthritis, but it won't get worse if you are consuming enough olive oil. Quantity needed varies by person.

I absolutely love the fact that you get straight to the point and deliver your amazing message! I have been using Castor oil for years, but now see that I can ‘expand my horizons’!! This is fantastic! I use equal parts of Aloe Vera and castor oil for my hair and leave it on throughout the day as I do my daily chores or watch entertainment! I have been putting drops in my eyes and every year the eye specialist has said I should be getting cataracts and so far I haven’t-even though he laughed and said ‘no way’ to the Castor oil. (80 in 5 months) If any lady is interested, my chiropractor told me that when I start menopause, to take Vitamin E, and I wouldn’t have hot flashes! I did, and absolutely NO hot flashes. The one advantage I have, is that I know how to use Contact Reflex Analysis (Muscle Testing) so I know how much to take. Start with one and up it to two if one doesn’t work. What a life saver!

in addition to many wonderful uses of castor oil, I love it for rubbing on my bone spurs on my knuckles!! it not only took the pain away, it reduced the spurs. not completely, yet😅 I love castor oil, as you do... obviously

I love it! I use on my face religiously....I have had so many compliments on my complexion. I have not had a rosacea outbreak since using it. My menopausal acne is gone from my chin! I broke my arm and was lucky to have a removable cast. I used castor oil on the area and wrapped gauze around it. I then put the cast on. It healed within 6 weeks. The doctor thought it would take 8 or more weeks. I am 59!! It healed quickly for an older girl. Was it the castor oil? I don't know, but I am glad I used it!

I eat only two meals a day and replace one meal with a tea spoon of castor oil (drug store u.s.p.) or a teaspoon apple cider vinegar.
