Hilarious but awesome! At least they are been ate! I live on the Kootenay river and regularly hook pike minnow ( also called sqaw fish but this racial term is diminishing), some upto 10-12lbs. Thats where your good fillets will be. I havent tried eating myself but you can have all of mine lol!
I've been wanting to cook pikeminnow myself and stumbled across your video! Thank you for the fillet instructional, I know they're a super boney fish, but it's nice to see boneless filets. :)
