Regardless of what the extenuating facts of the case is, no one has the right to put their hands on you! She has violated the law for assaulting the victim. And what is the rest of the story? Or are just trying to post comment for attention? The witness said the perpetrator was waiting on the street with a bamboo stick. There is no justification for that. The victim does not appear threatening in any manner. The assault must be addressed by the law first!! Any other reasons that lead up to the assault can be reviewed on after the law has been addressed for the assault.
