The water does not sip through. Nevertheless, joints are sealed properly before plastering/skimming.

What is the overall cost comparison between precast and normal masonry walling ?

From my research the difference in cost is negligible, all factors considered

There's nothing like light weight concrete, concrete has a unit weight, you could say the panels weigh less compared to solid panel. Other wise good info, thank you.

Thank you for reaching out. Indeed there is light weight concrete that is dependent on the constituent materials. It's density is less than the normal concrete.
