This an old technology kenya railways used it like 100 years ago just some few improvements

Hi Nick, you have been explaining alot on the wait of the walls & floors generally the building being reduced by this technology. Please speak more on the advantages of this low weight of the bldg as compared to the conventional method.

Cost wise, can you guide us on the cost difference between precast and the norm for a 1,200 sq ft house

The cheapest and fastest alternative building technology in the market available currently. I've used it and would recommend it any time.

Makes me wonder if you could route cold air from inside the house through the holes in the panels for heating.. You would paint the wall black and only use the side of the home that faced the sun when the climate was cold.
