It was not a valid threat and the council just used it as an excuse to remove her from the meeting, as evidenced by their interviews afterward wherein they complain she's been a pain in the ass. It's not illegal to be a thorn in the side of your town council! There was no legitimate threat. Did her comment teeter on the brink. A little. I just saw this earlier today. What happened to her afterwards which she was arrested for terrorist attacks. And was sentenced, but I don’t know how long but she’s in jail.

She was arrested and then arraigned. She facing 16 felony counts. Her bail was set at $1 million dollars. Not sure if she bonded out or is still in jail. She plead "not guilty" so now awaits trial
