The smartest thing Chelsea did was get Michael Olise brother to sign a new contract. Im sure his brother wants him back at Stamford Bridge too. The dodgers buy young talent across different countries in the hopes that they are developed into stars. Theoretically it could work in that same way for Chelsea.
