Spot on I'd rather sign him then a big 80 mil sigining, all our best signings are low money, look at Palmer essien lampard Drogba or everyone ever like hazard, Pedro costa Oscar mata etc everyone we signed who's been out best players was not these high profile players they was just what we needed and the manager made it work

The good thing about Guiu coming from La Masia is that they play for Barcelona B team, who are in the 3rd division of LaLiga, so they are used to playing against men by the time they break through into Barcelona first team, instead of the jump from u21 to first team being huge.

For 5mil this cannot go wrong. Either he will be good enough for first team or we can sell him for profit.

I think he's gonna love the prem.. Strong and is determined....Might develop to be a fine striker and a weapon for Chelsea

Jackson is just growing up and he's showing signs, the both can grow together.

I am watching him and watching Omari Kellyman and I'm wondering how this guy could cost 6M euro and already looks like a great physical striker with excellent fundamentals and then Kellyman on the highlight videos that I watched looks completely ordinary and non-impressive, yet costs more than three times the price of Guiu. Anyway, I'm happy with him, between him, Jackon, Fofana and hopefully a healthy Nkunku, I can see our strikers scoring a lot of goals.

A lot of potential for sure but no way is he starting the season up front, I'd expect him to be integrated in slowly or even loaned out.

Very smart signing ngl. He gives me Duran vibes but at the fraction of the cost. Powerful shot, handful for defenders, decent-ish link up play, can play back to goal. He plays like an animal too. I miss throwback #9's like this.

This is how we felt about David Datro Fofana, but that didn't work out yet. Still think we need an established attacker.

Prem clubs even bottom tier ones have much more physical defenders than we find in la Liga, and that could be demoralizing to a kid. Im not too excited about his imminent arrival, however i do wish him best of luck playing for an impatient fan based club like ours. 👍

Jackson had 9 appearances without a single goal for Villarreal the season before he blew up. In March of 2023, he had 3 goals in La Liga. Marc won't start every game but he'll definitely be an option off the bench or a starter in conference league for sure

Not all these clips are kids, he moved up into the first team quickly. I think this could be another Cole Palmer situation, young and not many games because of the big names ahead of them.

Is Deivid Washington a physical traditional style CF? Or is he more of a poacher/ running onto through balls type? I've seen him play maybe 15 mins for Chelsea and have no memory of his style. But from what I remember he's not that big CF that plays with power - chesting balls, back to goal, dominant in the air, etc. So I'd say different profile of player, and something we don't have already.
