Nearly a laugh but really a cry. I live this every day and on every scrum team at every company in my entire career, except EVEN WORSE. I wish actually wish this guy was my scrum master instead of the psycopathic micromanagers that I have seen do "scrum"

Ricardo Escobar You mean you found them annoying because you got the worst of it all? Not funny for you, but it would be funny for others. What I did find funny though, is the broken laptop part; since I did the exact same thing to a non-productive member who made excuses at every meeting for not getting work done.

the point of the video is exactly this: the SM is NOT there to manage the team. S/he's there to facilitate, coach, remove impediments. A good SM is the opposite of this one. Fun for those that know Scrum properly

Scrum was born from the minds of actual programmers. Let's keep discipline as developers and programmers, implement Scrum in our daily activities, comunicate with the team, and keep managers out of the way.

Guys guys I am soon to be a Scrum Master.. this video has every potential to make me one of the most hated guys at work man... i hope my scrum team don't see this. I'll hate to hear them say, "Boy i can totally relate" or get any funny ideas to boot me out :D :D
