See to me Kei looked tired and utilized his crisp popping, extra detail BUT short rounds and small pocket to get through these rounds. 3rd round also did the same wave approach but went harder for some reason. Don't know why it took 3rd round but tempo picked up. Now Dynamically with an Arsenal MT Pop delivered. He still was "Popping" and utilizing many different variations. Capitalized levels. Etc. Yes less is more but when you can see the significant difference in someone being dynamically evolutionary to movement. WITH small subtleties MT Won for me. Simple. Thats of course my opinion tho. Kei has always been 🔥🔥🔥. No matter what. But I just feel MT Pop dished on the plate the main course and Kei dished the Appetizer until 3rd round. But maybe the reason is Kei had a more crisp Pop that judges felt were more 🤔💁‍♂️ idk. Great battle over all. Not mad because both are 🔥🔥🙌🏿

Of course. For me I'd give it to MT but I see the difference in approach where I can see how either of the arguments could lead someone to pick either side. In this case they chose Kei and we can speculate why, with first and foremost giving 100 percent credit to his skill above all, but lately with the OGs I'm seeing that difference more and more while at the same time seeing how people like MT is taking these risk to grow within the style

@@metalspalace Exactly brotha💯. It's judging for a reason and what those OG'S on a panel like. You hit the nail on the head "Risks". But are you a foundational judge that likes to see how much skill within that pocket? Or are you a judge that likes Risk taking? I dig it.

MT-Pop one of the most creative poppers i've come across in my life, so much personality in his dancing too! 😂🔥🔥🔥

Just when you think you've seen it all with Mt Pop, he surprises you with some 🔥. For some video reactions though to answer your question, I was thinking we could react to one of Moudzy's video since he joined the discord not long ago. He has that Dam'en compilation that will make you a fan dude, like real easy.

Maybe pick a dancer to highlight every week this month. then each day of the week pick a battle and talk about a specific element of their dance. or go through their evolution watching older battles and then newer battles throughout the week.

Honestly I believe there is that space where the OGs can appreciate the evolution and the new gen can embrace the old. I think this event showed that very concept with MT Pop who I feel represents the new generation of poppers, making it all the way to the finals. It shows that innovation may not be full embraced just yet, but it isn't shunned.

One small constructive critique. If you could crispin’ the video quality of the dancing that would be tight. Maybe on a big screen monitor I would be able to discern the tasty nuances of the dance, but on my phone/iPad it’s a little muddy. Much love though brotha for doing your thing and bringing light to these artists and the passion

On thing I like about your dance commentary is that you don’t stop the video every 5 seconds like sun folks do.
