When Anne says "I have follow up questions" and Gilbert says "me too," I really hope they show us what those questions are. And I hope they discuss all the letters and stuff that led up to their moment. When Gilbert got off the train to kiss her again and Diana and her father were standing there I was like OMG. Cheers to Diana for saying everything we have been screaming at the TV for the past season. Episode was a 10/10. oh and when Mathew cried...I died.

@Penny for my thot Unfortunately there was no closure between Jerry and Diana. I anticipate seeing something regarding them in the next season (Fingers crossed if there is a next season). There were a few stories that were not concluded or further explored this season and that includes Ka'kwet and her family, potentially Ms.Stacy and Bash, Bash's family situation, etc. There is enough content not concluded to make a few seasons we just have to hope they make more seasons.

Lol both of them were insecure & unsure of how each other felt. Anne had to pinch herself to make sure she wasn’t imagining the kiss. Gilbert had to ask her if she truly liked him! When he comes back for another kiss, omg my heart. He loves her so much!

Omg what a wonderful noticing. Just watched the show for the first time & I can’t stop replaying this scene… how awfully devastating the show has gotten cancelled for fourth season.

The fact that Gilbert missed like 2/3 of school but became top student in class with Anne and became a doctor.

You could tell how long Gilbert has been waiting for this moment. He kisses her with such passion. Its so amazing, cute, and romantic.

Glad it wasn’t just me who thought so...

Everyone's freaking out over the initial kiss, which I get. But come on. Gilbert looking back at Anne when he first hops up on the carriage, the little, "Ah, what the hell," head tilt followed by *flinging* himself off the carriage to kiss her again, like he couldn't help it? Like he was drawn in by a magnet?! Yeah. I'm dead.

Okay but like their second kiss was so passionate. There was so many emotions there 😭 I'm so happy

I met Anne with an E only this year... and I must say it is one of the best things I've ever watched. This final scene was perfect in all the ways, I finished it with my heart full of love and my soul complete. Anne and Gilbert are best couple ever, just like Darcy and Elizabeth.

As a book reader, I loved this series to bits but hated that ending. If you know the books, you know that Netflix did us SO dirty. There was another three seasons worth of awesome plot and characters leading up to an epic Shirbert HEA. This series ending was sweet, but the book version is top tier.

Her vocabulary is excellent and inspiring to every woman that all is possible. What a charm and a gentle man Mr Gilbert. I hope to see it again. ❤️❤️❤️

Yes, we should have heard them say it out loud, and even though it wasn't in doubt, I've would've been good to hear it. There were a lot of tragical misunderstandings in this story that could have easily been avoided with better communication.
