I'm enjoying your ship spotting videos. Sometimes, when I can see the name of a ship, I will Google the name to find out more about the vessel. You are improving your recording and editing skills; and also your choice of background music. Cheers!

Very nice Jeff. Some of those ships look very cool, hard to tell what they are carrying. Do you ever cross paths with other ships you worked aboard?

I bring my trimmers and for many years even off the ship I always cut my own. Others go out in port to do so.

Jeff lastly, out of 180 days, roughly how many of those days will be spent in port? I wanna explore countries too which is my main goal lol
@JeffOnboard

I never do 180 but it depends on the run and how many ports. Etc....container hips may stay in port 1-1.5 days while other ships slightly longer.......
Jeff I've written questions to you several times already, this one may seem a bit odd 'or' humorous to you but I'm curious, in one of the last videos I've enjoyed watching that you've posted I saw one huge ship painted a very Vivid Pink, what it the story of a ship's company or worldwide corporation who owns the ship and/or shipping line, is there only one ship painted Pink or are all of their ships painted Pink, is there a particular reason why it/they paint their ship (s) Pink, owned by a women or women, what is the significance of the ship (s) being painted Pink, is there any advantage of using this odd color while at sea? I always enjoy watching your videos as you travel throughout the world, I wish you and your entire crew (s) Good Health & Safety on all of your journeys.

It stands for ocean network express which was founded In Japan and I believe it was comprised of 3 different companies when it was started they have a management company in Singapore as well. I don't know why they went with that color But probably just because it is so I catching.

@@JeffOnboard 'Thank You' Jeff for taking time away from your duties onboard to answer my question about the Pink Painted Ship (s), I was wondering if the Pink Color had any significance to anything in their corporate structure, I must say the ship in your video 'caught my eyes right off.' I always enjoy watching your many different 'repair' jobs on the ships you sail on even when they are small and seem insignificant to the overall operation of such 'MASSIVE' vessels you work & live on every day for months at a time, Be & Stay well my friend.
Is ship handling different depending on the navigation bridge location? Forward, Amidships or Stern?

How many containers on a ship ?
@JeffOnboard

There is really no answer to that question because all ships have a different amount some ships are extremely huge and some are just medium size... So the answer is every ship is different totally

I'm not 100% sure but probably as long as you are honest about it.... Call the national maritime center and ask them.
