I agree with @Toxieon. It is definitely one of my favorite spin off games that I have played. The other one is Pokémon ranger guardian signs.

When I saw the Shiny Celebi in your thumbnail, I was worried you subjected yourself to the Shiny Celebi who's been a reacurring character in Mystery Dungeon for years. In the last two games, they've been playable, but take way more grinding due to being so far into the game. In the remake, you have to beat a *99* Floor dungeon to get normal Celebi before the shiny variant appears as an auto-befriend with the Invitation items you probably saw while getting the Noctowl.

the hunting method in cafe remix is exactly how i started bartending hahaha
You can pick shiny in pokemon mystery dungeon explorer of sky and darkness in the game appear a shiny pokemon but i dont know if the game have shiny to obtain????

There are no shinies in Pokemon Mystery Dungeon outside of the Wiiware games, DX and Celebi in Darkness/Time/Sky who is unobtainable
