His English is not bad at all. He is easy to understand and speaks it well enough to cut a short promo. The fans love him, and they are looking for a reason to support him. WWE has just really dropped the ball with him. He is so talented and expressive that he would go straight to the top if they let him talk a little bit and allow the American fans to develop a close connection with him. He should have been a top guy from the beginning in WWE.

funny that shinsuke brought up Jackie Chan lol Shinsuke and his wife are clients of my mothers at the best buy she works at (appliance section). when shinsuke bought his house near Orlando he went to best buy and met my mom. My mom who is actually a fan of his wasn't sure it was him and when she asked him "are you shinsuke nakamura?"... shinsukes reply was "no im Jackie chan" lol long story short my mom text me a pic of her and shin and now he and his wife work with her whenever they need to buy something. actually my mom has met alot of wrestlers as the best buy is near the performance center in orlando. small world

Huge Nakamura fan here. But I got to be honest, the “Artist” name never really did it for me. He is the “King of Strong Style”. Hope this current feud with Corbin elevates him because he is LONG overdue

Woah. Kinda mindblowing to hear he didn't have friends at NJPW (back then) because of the position he was in. I understand it, but damn.. I can see why some people have said he's happier to be in the US with his family.

Undoubtedly one of the best ever, he could have a good match with just about anybody. The fans love him and respect him as a performer but Vince will never understand that and that's why WWE is a drowning ship.

I love that this podcast (and I do wish it were less edited tbh) begins with an in depth discussion of pig skulls and animal intestines and ends with a description of eating your placenta. Woof. what a great time lol.
