HEY SCOTT huge fan here. I wanna ask. Will thid machine be powerful enough to remove swirls? And properly correct paint? I have the torq and its too weak. Btw i absolutely love your videos I dont moss a single one.

The torq will do what you need. You must be using the wrong pad and compound combo

My dad died jan 4 '18 and I was lost for awhile gettin off the pain meds but I finally got clean but the pain in my back and heart were still there so I stayed home washing my BADASS tahoe then I stumbled on your videos!!! hey Scott so i went out and bought one of these as it look fantastic! my machine came and first thing i noticed was when i spin the backing plate by hand there is a distinct wobble in the backing plate! I thought to myself this can't be good so i removed the backing plate as i was going to put in the washer anyway and everything was looking OK so with that i put it back together. Now i plug it in and put the machine on one and squeezed the trigger and let me tell you the power in this thing is amazing! i run it up in speed putting it on 5 because some people complained there was no speed difference between 5 and 6. Guess what there was a difference and wow it is great! I contacted max shine about the backing plate wobbling but what i can see is this is going to be a big improvement over my old tired out porta cable DA that i bought 16 years ago and yes i said 16 years~ thanks Scott your the best and STOP MAKING ME SPEND MONEY LMAO oh btw i tried Armor on my leather seats and 4 thumbs up my friend!!! god Bless you Scott!!!

Thanks for another great video! I am just about to purchase my first DA polisher and was interested in knowing if the M15 Pro was worth the additional $30.00 cost for only 100 watts additional power? So far from what I have read it doesn't appear to have as much torque as the standard M15. Any thoughts?

Is this about the same size as the “normal” non-pro m15?

would you say its more quite than a porter cable?

I enjoy and learn from you videos. I was given one of these as a Christmas gift. I’m less than impressed. Vibration is similar to the Harbor Freight cheap Chicago unit. When pressing the trigger there is a hum and than it begins to ramp up to speed. I’ve tried to send them an email and it was return as invalid. This is not what I expected and was looking forward to working with this polisher.

Scott I’ve spent a good amount on products and tools I need to start auto detailing. I want to quit my part time job but how would you recommend I start getting business, going door by door knocking till someone says yes sounds scary in terms of consistency with income. I’m willing to do it but I’m curious on your suggestions!

Scott, you are one of the top KZreadrs for detailing with me. I trust your comments and do learn much from listening to you. I am not a pro, just a home enthusiast. Maybe you could do a short video on polisher pads. Is there an industry standard, like white is for this and blue is for that and orange are for this, etc. It is confusing because I have no idea what kind to use for what (which means I don't know what to buy) but I often hear some guys say, "you'll want the orange for this", e.g., but without saying why. Help us, please.

Is this model a significant upgrade from the M8S for the price?
