@@beetogarcia9983 It's the Soul-Sending Ritual. It doesn't summon demons, it just banishes them. But considering that there is no place to send Demi-Fiend, he would probably just be obliterated.

In his games Arahabaki is swiss cheese

In a hypothetical scenario where gameplay-wise, Raidou was more than just a replacement for Dante. There is a way that his version of the 3rd Kalpa chase could be made a hell of alot more interesting. And that its by having his team of uber low-to-mid level demons join the chase. Just imagine, you think lost Raidou only to see Orthrus sniffing to search the Demifiend. Then Mishaguji starts to phase through a wall as the Demifiend makes a run for it trying to catch his breath. Moh Shuvuu yells "PEEK A BOO!!!" as she appears right in front of him.

Would of have been too harsh of a tonal shift with the rest of Nocturne's atmosphere and Soundtrack, There could have been a remix but the japanese Maniax Chronicle edition was rushed IIRC

Well iirc two of his cutscene songs were remixed which was Checkmate and Showtime which are more synth heavy and less guitar based which is the opposite that was used with Dante's theme (Maniax). Though im not sure if they kept that change in the remaster. EDIT Yup it seems they use the chronicles maniax remix. Its just the battle theme that isn't changed even though it was never remixed to begin with.

@@rueceless7580 bro seriously? Angel Lucifer lost a battle against Michael. Every other Lucifer is far stronger than Michael. Smt 4 Lucifer is on par with Merkabah who's the fusion of the 4 archangels and a powerful demon tamer. smt 2 Lucifer is on par with Satan, whome the archangels are mere servants of. SMT 3 Lucifer is legit stronger than Metatron, who's stronger than Satan. Angel Lucifer is weak asf. Deal with it.

As cool as Dante is, there's something so fitting about Raidou. It's like pitting the protagonist of one SMT series against you and your cause.

Unfortunately, you can only have one in Shin Megami Tensei 3 Nocturne Dante or Raidou you can't have both. So, the developers making this game that you can't have two broken characters only one that it.

Watching this after playing through the 3rd kalpa against Dante is fascinating. Not only am I gonna have to check out DMC once I finish Nocturne, but I'm gonna have to look into purchasing a PS3 to play the Raidou games.

This was the scariest shit being chased around by Raidou... 😭 then the boss battle wasn’t even bad cuz I had 2 units with null phys.

Who have I ought to choose to join my party? My wacky woohoo pizza-munching husbando, or the cool and collected protagonist from a highly underrated SMT spinoff? Decisions, decisions.

Demons skills for exploration Mana refill - Recover MP while moving. Must be in active party Trafuri - escape ordinary battles 100% Estoma - reduces encounter low-level demons until new kagutsutchi Lightoma - to see dark areas Liftoma - Main character and party floating on floors

You know what makes this fight better. Buff was using Yatagarasu, the same entity/organization that Raidou works under

Oh so Raidou would've probably killed Naoki if Gouto didn't stop him. That or there'd be an explosion that you could see from miles away as a result of those 2 going all out.

Not really. Naoki had already adapted to raidou's demons. Raidou's only chance of winning was if one of his demons got the demi fiend off guard. Not that it matters now . Demi fiend got massively stronger after fight anyway. And raidou WAS going all out. Summoning all his demons at once is legit his trump card. Also legit was his only option left

Everytime Raidou shoots Arahabaki, i lose 10 years of my life.

This was such a cool segment in Labrinth of Amala, but I can't help not taking Raido seriously, not because I wasn't afraid of him, but because Raido litherally has Thee _Baddest Boy_ boss theme ever folliwing behind him!
