No reason to mention Mao or Jia's loss in her free skating after Jia's perfect and touching performance in TEAM EVENT. Regardless of her place in other competitions, Jia showed so beautiful and amazing skate and led team Korea to GOLD MEDAL. FACT.

I agree, A commentator shouldn’t say things like this. Even though she maybe rooting for another skater. Jia is a great Skater from Team Korea. She(Jia), should be proud of her achievements. Don’t mind what the commentator says. Jia is doing her best.

это предвзятость американской фигуристки которая комментировала, Шимада не плохая фигуристка, но Джиа Шин она обладает ювелирным скольжением и прекрасными линиями, прыжки и катание баланс есть. У Шимады этого нет

It is called a flying camel

There are so many qualities I love about Jia Shin's skating like her fast and smooth change of directions with buttery smooth edges when skating deep into the corners of the skating rink, her lovely symmetrical air positions and relatively great height in jumps with beautiful transtions on exit, her ideal postions in spins such as the camel and Biellmanns and her artistic expression and picturesque hand and arm positions with such wonderful fluidity and emotional engagment with the music. Jia Shin is one of my favorite skaters in senoirs or juniors. Reply

시마다마오도 굉장히 잘하는 훌륭한 선수이지만 4회전의 수명은 어느 여자선수에게든 길지 않습니다. 나이가 들면서 자신이 잘 할 수 있는것을 잘 다듬고 유지하는 선수가 최후까지 살아남습니다. 만년 2위라고 어린 주니어 선수를 평가하는것은 해설자의 오만이죠. 미래는 아무도 모릅니다

Tylko dlatego, że nie ma Kamili Valiewej. Królowa jest tylko jedna. Ruch Kamili i skoki wysokie, piruety nie mają sobie równych. Na Kamilę patrzy się z zapartym tchem. Ma przepiękny ruch rąk, taki nie do powtórzenia. Zapada w pamięci. Emocje jakie przekazuje są prawdziwe i teatralnie przekazane. To tyle królową jest Kamila.

Her Lines was percect. Her technical skills, impressive, and the performance are clean. I am a fan of figure skating and the only thing that is missing from her performance is Facial expressions. I felt that she was not feeling the music and it showed on her hand gestures or hand placing. and again the lack of facial expressions. Again, people will be watching you and you need to be able to tell a story. I didnt felt it because i think her facial expressions while skating is like saying to me “I have to nake sure I don’t mess up”. But congratulations it was a very clean performance.

I think it is common feature of junior skaters.. As they are still young, most of them are immature to truly feel music and burst out their emotions when compared to seniors.. And they also have less experiences at major competitions, they tend to be more nervous than seniors and concentrates on techniques rather than choreo. We can understand it because they are young. I'm sure that after few years, Jia will become a great skater with rich facial expressions and communication with audiences. More experiences will lead her potential to the top

Почему у Джиа Шин нет ультра-си, я хочу чтобы Джиа стала обладателем всех наград в юниорских соревнованиях, уже хочу Джиа титул чемпионки мира среди юниоров, пока Джиа и Муравьёва - это единственные лучики света в фигурном катании, пока нет Камилы Валиевой, можно смотреть на то что напоминает её катание.

Sorry not Russian here. In my opinion, Jia Shin’s style doesn’t remind me at all of Kamila Valieva or the choreography/moves from Eteri’s camp. If anything, Shin’s style is reminiscent of Yuna Kim and the Korean/Japanese style.

В 13 лет девочки в Росси на 10 шагов дальше .... Вам ещё много работы . Слишком высокий уровень! вот где нужно учиться . ... Когда девочки с России выходят на лед губа трясеться и слеза течет . Увы .... В этих играх печаль на лице.

Korean skaters always finish too quick and do not allow the audience to appreciate their performance upon their completion of the their artistry. So, holding just one minute would have perfected their artistic performance much better. This applies to Yuna Kim, Jun Hwan Cha, as well. Pianists, nightmare.

Дэвид Уилсон. В Корее девушки не занимаются официальной физической подготовкой, не ходят в зал хореографии, они не пластичные и не танцующие как лебедь, а Джиа Шин - она смогла показать новый уровень Южной Кореи.
