Nice! I wanted to order it last year, I didn't but now my interest is sparked again.

It's good to see some budget items come to the genre. All of my expensive equipment broke within 3 years, and I can't afford to replace it, so I'm out of the game. But if more products like this come along, I may be able to get back in.

These are really good mostly because you can switch from H to seq fast , TH8A has nicer feel and is more solid if you only want to use H pattern.

They should smooth the finish off the 3d print with some acetone assuming its high quality abs

I thought it was the bold bloke of the gadget show talking lol. I noticed you could change gear with one finger,I really liked the look of this until I noticed that,have you tried the fanatec shifters,do they require more force to shift,I really want a shifter but until one comes along that actually feels somewhat like real life,I will hold off. no matter how they look,if they hardly need any force to shift then they will always feel like a toy to me.

Can you use this as an analog Handbrake? Or is it just like an on/off switch? Loving your channel man!

Have you tried the Fanatec CSR shifter that also switches between gated and sequential? Just wondering if you recommend this over that. Fanatec wants $200 for the privilege of buying theirs individually.

if your wanting a real feeling h pattern then head on over to pro-sim uk and have a look at the 1000+ GBP h pattern ;)

These are such a bargain. My only real concern is the fragility of the H pattern plate? Do you think those teeth will wear out or break if you're too heavy handed with it?

does this fit the ferrari 458 thrust master wheel on the xbox one?

just an idea....maybe you can put the sequential cover over the H-pattern one and put another set of nuts to secure it

+Vojta Vacek I agree with this idea. if you make the sequential plate goes over the top then have some snap on type bolt on the top will make our life a lot easier

The price is now 110 euros including shipping and it doesn't come with the sequential shifter plate. Not to mention it takes more than one month to be shipped. Considering other options in the market it is better to spend a bit more on a full metal option.

I think you should do an updated review of Assetto Corsa, alot has changed in three years. Or perhaps wait for the eventual VR update, for a full VR review of Assetto..

Does it work like a handbrake? Because my Fanatec Shifter can't in many games.

Will the gate wear out after time so it needs to be replaced? And what about switching to sequential mode while in a game? Will it register the mode change so I can drive different cars without having to exit and re-enter the game again or re-configure the controls?

I have had this for around 6 months now and its not worn out, maybe it could over a year or two seems ok at the moment though. you can switch in game might have to rebind the button's in the game though, you don't have to exit the game.

WIth the shipping cost it is 107€. Thrustmaster TH8A is 123€... I dont think it is worth it anymore...

+Max Hammerum I'll be reviewing a new one soon this was a beta one from 2 years ago ! In the end for me if it works that's what matters. But I agree I know I can get a nicer finish with 3d primting.

No it's not. Rally cars, touring cars and old cars all use shifters like this.
