Woah! I was also born on 7/28. Thats crazy.
What you see in the beginning of this video is one of the reasons why the Sherman was the all around best tank of WW2; i.e. the speed at which the M4's turret could traverse. Heavier German tanks had a slower turret traverse rate and were more sluggish than the M4. It's why in 30 engagements between M4's and Panthers, the M4 had a 3:1 kill ratio.

The Sherman is my favorite tank of ww2 also. It's a dream of mine to drive or at least ride in one some day. So it's safe to say you have a dream job!! And I can tell you genuinely love that tank. Very cool video Hector!! I really enjoyed it!!
