Sheridan Wyoming is a Magical Place!
Sheridan, Wyoming really is a magical place.
Sitting in the shadows of the Bighorn Mountains, there’s always something to do.
Plenty of places to go if you’re into the outdoors.
Historic Downtown gives you a genuine feeling of community.
The people….the history…the fun...the real West….a Western culture.
The activities & events…well they can be pretty exciting.
Take some time to get to know what a great little town Sheridan is.
It’s not a BUSY metropolis with crowded dirty streets.
It’s small. The population in the county is less than 40 thousand and less than 20 in the City.
We don’t have a Costco or professional sports teams or a ton of other BIG city things.
What we do have is something special. Something unique. A place to take your time & appreciate life.
Buying a home in Sheridan should be thought of in a similar way.
Look for something special. Something unique. And take your time to find it.
We have some wonderful homes both in town & in the county.
Because we’re not a BIG sprawling city, we don’t have a 1000 homes on the market in a given day.
But every year, a few more comes up for sale. And a few good ones will be purchased.
If you take our time, you’ll see.
So, if you’re looking for something special, Sheridan, Wyoming might be that place.
So, take your time. Get the know the town before you purchase your next home.

I’m in Pennsylvania watching this. I love the American west. Your short beautifully executed spot is a breath of fresh air! A far cry from dancing wokies with shrill, chirpy, baby-talk voices. Instead, a well-modulated, articulate male voice we hear too little of these days and need more of to bring us back to a sane, adult state.
Amazing Matt -- so well done! Sheridan is incredible, and I would highly recommend working with Matt and his team if you're new to the area.
I've been going out to that area for decades and thought I was going to move there a couple times. It truely is one of the nicest little cities I've ever visited except for the bike trail. There is s section of the trail that goes on surface streets for a while and they forgot to put markers up to show the way so you're left to try to figure out how to find it again. I've tried multiple times to do it and although I always end up surviving another day I just wonder how such an otherwise nice trail can have such an oversight. But great video and the entire area is great to explore. I always look forward to a trip out to Sheridan.
I didn't live there but i stopped by, good loves there. I live in Seattle now but i have favorites in Sheridan wy, my place buddies and my bestie bill bohm always with me
I used to live there short period of time back in 2023 expensive place to live

My true friend
Sheridan is cool. Good people ❤
What are the gun laws? Anyone? And yes, that’s important to us and everyone I know. We like hunting. We want to be able to defend ourselves family and neighbors. Although we would probably not have neighbors if we can manage that. Close neighbors
is wyoming very "windy" ?

It depends on the day and location in Wyoming you're asking about. We find Sheridan to be pretty temperate overall, pretty well protected by the Bighorn Mountains. We have our rough days, but no more than anywhere else. Thanks for asking!
