Sydney looks really good, but she put a lot of effort in that race. She was running like her life depends on it. Maybe she can do some damage next year.

That's due to her training program. Probably doing strength work now. So this way she will gradually get faster as she gets closer to the Olympics and the diamond league finals

I know you are not being judgmental. I was looking at her in a similar way. She looks SOLID and she didn't look tired at the end of the race. We are trusting the process.

The ahletes have not been competing for months. What are people expecting to see this early in the season? Did people really think athletes would be in championship form? To say she won't win anything running like this is ludicrous. If you knew anything about Sherika's history, you'd know she never starts the season looking great.

@@bucko2801 Under her current form she can’t win anything . . . Im saying this because we have seen about 8 - 10 Athletes run faster times this season. 22.82 is not a medal position, if the Olympics were held tomorrow she’ll be in serious trouble….. But having said that, she’s still got plenty of time to get in shape, this Heavy load training is risky business.
