Lovely beach - we visited a few weeks ago and I managed to get zapped by a Bluebottle. Didn't mind as I'm a marine biologist and felt it was a rite of passage when visiting!

Manly Beach is our favorite place in all of Australia! We love it there so so so much! Next time we go to visit will definitely have to check out Shelley! 🐚 🐚

Used to go there as a kid in the 50s ! Great to see again.
The only downside of settling there 20 years ago is that you've have struggled to get a big enough garden on that stretch of coast to grow even a small percentage of the plants you now have. Thanks for doing all of these detailed videos as these are places around Sydney that I've never visited either

Its a hour from melbourne by plane in case people are wondering. Sydney is another world compared to melbourne. Its night and day. Melbournes best beach wouldnt compare to sydneys shittest beach. Nsw is paradise and the weather is alot better then melbourne. Its cold 9 months out of the year in melbourne im getting out of this shit hole and moving nsw thats living

I'm from Melbourne and I didn't know about Manly 20 years ago. In the video, I state that I wish I had looked further afield when I was looking to buy property in Melbourne.
