Although Tom is a personable individual I am not sure we agree on many things other than the need to improve transport.Sadly this doesn't seem to be but comes second to " initiatives" as they call them to restrict road users who prefer to drive rather than catch cold waiting for a bus to drive past( not in my experience always stop).I suppose that the advantage of these committees is that they keep their members from being someones social workers,probation officers,or teachers.That can only be a win for many people in Sheffield.
