Agility to vader over Palpatine? lmao

Palpatine had Force Plot Armor as one of his powers. The Sequel Trilogy, specifically TROS, made me REALLY not like Palpatine. Anakin/Vader was selectively nerfed to suit various plots. Darth Vader should have been a “Six Million Dollar Sith”. His bionics, combined with his armor, should have been depicted as making him MORE powerful rather than LESS powerful. And I still think newly-armored Darth Vader should have spent every waking moment learning how to resist/deflect/redirect Force Lightning. I’m amazed that the Jedi Order didn’t teach this skill, given the fact that Count Dooku used it against Obi Wan and Anakin in almost every fight. Plus, the Order had archives regarding The Sith and Dark Side powers. Great video. Anakin/Darth Vader gets his props.

Speed and battle IQ and Defense goes to palps ROTJ. Palpatine made vaders suit weak to palpatine so in any canon fight between vader and palps, Palpatine would destroy vader so easy without a fight. edit 1: anakin while fighting obi wan was at that point more powerful then sidious and he said it himself. Also ROS which did palpy so dirty he should have beaten rey easy but of course she is a mary sue so she always wins would also beat vader with in a second. Not trying to be rude but this edit is wrong in many ways and I only listed a few issues but their is more people who will also speak about this.

Absolute garbage, they’re not even in the same weight class. Palpatine is on a whole other level. Revenge of the sith skywalker loses in roughly 10-20 seconds to Sidious, and Vader at his max was only about 80% of what palpatine was according to George Lucas. This match is not a draw, and it doesn’t even come close. Anakin/Vader gets ragdolled, and kenobi would be in the corner throwing in the towel for anakin half way through the fight.

This video is cap, Palpatine is way more powerful than Darth Vader, he would actually win low diff. And that is the version that had the highest chances, every other version gets stomped no difficulty because of Palpatine’s experience and force power/knowledge, he is also a better duelist just he doesn’t really like it. I don’t see how Skywalker stands a chance when he never even reached his full power

I wouldn't say ALL go to anakin. I don't think he would have won in a straight 1v1 lightsaber duel against sidious at the time. Pushed him to the limits, sure. But not win. And at this time, they're still pretty even in terms of agility. The fact that sidious could keep up and defend against Yoda says a lot.

1. How is a guy who got butchered by kenobi, supposed to somehow beat Sidious, arguably the most powerful Sith Lord of all time? 2. Sidious said he’d surpass him and yoda, but ROTS 23 year old Anakin doesn’t come close to their skill. 3. He most definitely would have beat Sidious, once he got to his 40s or 50s most likely. Maybe even mid 30s. With only around 13 years of Jedi training at the time, he doesn’t stand a chance.
