Geez!!! give Sheena a break!! she is still dynamic and only what matters here are her true fans who appreciated her then and is still appreciating her now. So what if she’s not as perfect as when she was younger? omg!! she comes across with a mature style and her humorous nature and still has appeal with her audience. We loved her this past weekend in Louisiana!!! Thank you Sheena for visiting us down South ❤️🙏

I can remember when I saw Sheena perform live locally last decade, it was obvious she did not take herself too seriously and she had a sense of humor. She was able to connect to the audience so well. I thought she performed so well, as she does in this video. ❤

Joni Mitchell sings great in old age. One has to mix it up and approach songs in new angles

She used to have a beautiful distinctive singing voice. No more "Sheena Easton" voice. I was a huge fan of hers. Reality bites, nothing lasts forever. Wish her good health and happiness.

I am a Sound Engineer myself with 50 years of experience in audio, studio music recording etc... This is a terrible sound mix. 1. What you are hearing is the room mix, not a mix for video, 2. She doesn't have at least a limiter or compressor to compensate the lows. 3. Keyboards are extremely high! and the list goes on. but lest just enjoy this marvelous woman with her voice intact at this age. Your job as a sound engineer with a diva like this is TO LOWER THE BAND SO WE CAN HEAR HER!

Shock of shock, she doesn’t look or sound exactly like she did 40 years ago. So what? I don’t ‘t either. I saw her 40 years ago, and she sounded like the record, and she was beautiful, but I couldn’t understand her because of her accent. Here she funny and has more of an American accent than a Scottish one. The audience seems to be having a good time, and that’s what’s most important

The sound here is not professionally recorded, it’s way out of balance, we can’t hear what the audience can hear. I’ve heard Sheena sing fairly recently on stage in London and she still has a very powerful voice, maturer, darker but definitely impressive.

I’m 59 now and she was on top when I was young so people the pipes don’t last forever even my old heavy metal rock singers are starting to fade or completely gone 🥲..But heck still better than some of the bs going on today and she’s not wearing a diaper like Madonna .

Still a beauty, doing with what's left, as do we all with age. Poor wild sound probably not the uploader's fault. Loved the keyboard though. Poignant because I'm sure she got her share of flowers and teddy bears over her long, shining career.

She's so animated... loved the introduction when you could hear her speaking so clearly. Then, when singing, the sound mix changed and you could barely hear the vocals.

I saw her yesterday and she was Great. You are a toxic person. Get help.

So I watched this a second time and I think part of the problem is that she’s overpowered by the band. On top of that, the acoustics sound like she’s in a cave. When sung in the studio, this song is a timeless classic. In the right setting I’d bet she can still do it like she used to.

You know, brutal honesty is a rare commodity these days. I had a painful crush on her. I'm sure she's a beautiful soul and she was stellar in her prime. There are people who still pay money to see Motley Crue. "Scooby, Scooby Sweet...Beetle in the street" lyrics...uh-huh. Anyway, when a pitcher loses his pitching arm, we collect his cards and seek a signed ball, but he enjoys retirement. When a pilot's body can no longer handle extreme g-force, he/she no longer flies fighter jets. What's with singers who can no longer sing? I'm not being mean, but honest. Personally, I'm only very decent at pulling off a cover band or having fun with karaoke and I accept that. But, I just feel an outstanding singer from the past should at least be as mediocre as myself in their old age (I'm old too), or they should probably hang it up. Personally, if I had once ever been great, I'd rather people remember me from those days rather than be left with a less-than outstanding impression of my struggle to perform. All that being said, I think what stands out most to me from this exhibition, is the fact that the band's timing is spot-on, but Sheena's timing was repeatedly late, and then as She started the verse, She'd immediately realize the band was ahead of Her, so She'd speed-up the words to play catch-up. I take no joy in sharing my honest observations, and for anyone butt hurt, hey I'm a nobody, always have been, always will be, but I do know music and I've been working with musicians since 1984.

Plus it’s just harder to belt as sn older singer. I’m older than she is and my voice is still very pretty but I can’t belt it out high like I used to. If people want to pay to see her sing the songs they grew up with, more power to her.

I've just watched the original documentary detailing her rise to fame. Her voice was stupendous, and her rendition of this for the Bond film was glorious. Listening to this current performance is devastating. Her voice is wrecked. She's singing off her voice, and her intonation is gruesome. This is one of the problems of having a natural voice - sone singers don't know how to protect it, and assume it'll always be there. Even Shirley Bassey lost her voice mid-career and needed the help of an opera singer to get it back on track. Bassey still does the vocal exercises taught to her by that singer. Easton's voice here is coarse and uncontrolled. Too much booze, or too much singing? Tragic.

Well, after 60 it is difficult to reach the treble only Barbra Streisand could achieve it.... but wow! It's Sheena Easton.

The drummer insisted on the shield so he couldn’t hear her?
