Nobody ever thought this would be the theme song of a ruthless mutant-killing machine given human form.

In 1958, my sister was 17 and I was 8 years-old. Linda played that song over-and-over again. I got so sick of it I wanted to break her record player. She died 14 years ago, and right now I would love to hear her playing that song while seeing her dance to it. Love your siblings while you can, you never know when it will be the last time.

@AngelCatBaby
Ай бұрын
@@user-zb2lv6jv3k. Family is what it is…family, if one can’t forgive the other, then it’ll never be right, and connections are lost forever. I can attest to this. My two sisters didn’t think much about me and were jealous because they grew up in the depression era, a time of great sadness and hardship. I grew up in 50’s when my dad was able to afford more for the family. I was also the last child my parents would have. So my sisters figured I was being spoiled by my parents and didn’t think I would amount to anything. I contacted them, my oldest sister I was able to talk to until she ended up in the nursing home and having Alzheimer’s disease, but my younger sister wouldn’t even speak to me and didn’t want me to call her anymore. This hurt me, so I let her be as she wanted it, but when she died no one told me anything about her death either. I knew nothing about either of my sisters deaths, NO ONE in the family told me anything about them passing on, nor did they ever try to even get in touch with me by phone. Instead, I found it out all on the internet, plus it was a lot later when I did find this out and not at the time of their deaths. My oldest sister died a few months ago only last year, the other sister died a year before my oldest sister died. For whatever reasons, I became the black sheep of the family, plus I never heard from any of my relatives letting me know about my sisters dying, nor even telling me on how my sisters were doing when they were alive, but I still love them. In spite of it all, I will not let my hurt be the reason for keeping me from loving my family as my family. They are still my family, regardless, but if they want to be so cruel in their ways, it’s not my problem but theirs. If they want to keep me in the dark on how they are doing or if they are well or not, It’s still their problem and choice. Even though I have tried contacting them, I haven’t heard from any of my relatives in years. They have ignored me and all my communications with them, even on Facebook. So I gave up, it’s still their problem, not mine and their choice. When we were younger, I would be with them and we played a lot together, now they ignore me, for whatever reasons they have. It’s WRONG for families to act and behave this way and manner ….love is what binds families together, hate destroys families and relationships….😢😥
