"A woman doesn't want a man that doesn't have control of his emotions." More men need to hear this, regardless of the pursuit of a woman or not. Without emotional control, you get smashed by the smallest amount of adversity. Great video, Issa!

Control your emotions for God, yourself and your people. If you do it for a woman, you are faking it. Most women will call anything that you do that isn’t what they want “uncontrolled emotion” and weakness. When most women want you to control your emotions, what they are really saying is “Control yours so I don’t have to control mine” and “Control your emotions so my emotions can control you without reprisal”.

Better advice than mine 🙌 I think in the beginning every guy starts to do it because of the girl and then they realize how the entire process is for them and making the girl regret losing you is just the cherry on top. I agree with you. That's the ultimate goal. On the other hand, rejection can give one fuel to show her that she did a mistake in her decision, which is ofc based on some things of you. I think it's not a bad thing in having the confidence and belief to think that it's her loss, because that's also related to your sense of self-worth and respect, which should always be high and prioritized. So taking the steps to focus on yourself after a rejection, whether it's based on fuel to "show her" or more about self-improvement, would both serve to heal you in the process and build yourself up again.

Yeah, I feel it is at odds with "creating your own value", because ultimately you won't until you let go of such "revenge". You are still basing your self worth based off of someone else, and what's more - by making them feel bad. Why be so cruel? This toxicity will eat you alive in the end. Next day you will be doubting yourself just the same.

Dont think like that i think a relationship should be ended only when cheating is involved or daily fights that will not get better no matter how much happened or stuff like rape or such evil things but it is normal to fight to argue to scream to cry to laugh to ignore eachother no matter what love should always be the first thing in the relationship if love is not felt or shown and received… its over

Good advice to take a break from females in general to work on yourself. After like my 5th heartbreak I was done talking and interacting with girls and just put my energy into myself. Ended up going back to school, I found a much better job that allowed me to save up for some nice cars and mod them to death. Changed my entire wardrobe with high quality clothing. Fixed by teeth with braces. Fixed my physique, my mental became stronger. Grew my hair out and got a new style, got a consistent and rigorous hygiene routine to stay fresh, got into the habit of always carrying chapstick and gum too lol. I’m much different and much better after taking a break and focusing on myself. This video is 100% factual and I’m glad you’re spreading the word to other men who get lost after heartbreak cause we will all go thru it eventually, it’s inevitable.

I’m 36 and work as a social worker. I can tell you first hand, that more young men need to hear your message. Just talking with the younger Millennials and Gen Z as often as I do, they don’t have a f***ing clue on what it means to be a man in today’s society. Not all of them, but certainly a disproportionate amount of them act as such. They are lost. Confused. They hate the “normal” we’ve allowed to exist but also don’t know how to function otherwise. They have almost every song, film, book and tv show telling them to bow in the presence of females and worship them and that by doing so, they will get what they want in kind. Then they do that, and are more often than not, left with nothing. We NEED to create dangerous but good men again. Men that are strong. Balanced. Powerful enough to gentle but dangerous if messed with. Without intervention, if the young men that I work with are a sign of what’s coming, in less than a decade, we are going to be in very VERY deep trouble.

Eyo just wanted to say love the video, this is defintiely what i needed to hear. I loved my best girl friend that i knew for 5 years and got rejected but i kept on chasing her all those years and basically wasting a lot of time on her. In June she got her first boyfriend and now im standing here all alone feeling nothing but pathetic about myself. I basically stopped growing these last years because i was only chasing her. This month i already improved on so many levels: i started with praying, reading and no fap and havent stopped a day since. Im in a way better situation now but i still lack confidence. For now tho i will just keep doing what you say is best: grinding my ass off. Im tired of being soft and i know i have a lot of potential thats just keep getting waste if i stay like this. So Sir thank your for the video i really appreciate the message and to others reading this: Stay hard and never give up. Everything happens for a reason. - Tim

I hated it but i let it go and I should have just broke it off there. Tried to change everything about our lives and forgave her thinking she would be a good woman but she was disrespectful and eventually the fights got really bad and we split

This is exactly why most men don’t feel comfortable showing emotions lol

Control your emotions for God, yourself and your people. If you do it for a woman, you are faking it. Most women will call anything that you do that isn’t what they want “uncontrolled emotion” and weakness. When most women want you to control your emotions, what they are really saying is “Control yours so I don’t have to control mine” and “Control your emotions so my emotions can control you without reprisal”.

Better advice than mine 🙌 I think in the beginning every guy starts to do it because of the girl and then they realize how the entire process is for them and making the girl regret losing you is just the cherry on top. Honestly, I didn't care about the girl that broke my heart after focusing on myself.

I’ve been going through this for the past 9 months, I’ve been doing exactly what you stated within this video. I’ve ghosted on all social media, quit smoking and drinking. Been building my business and training in the boxing gym consecutively and I’ve built a level of mental fortitude, but hear and there thoughts do ponder about my ex but I allow myself not to surrender to these negative thoughts. I’ve been indulging in cold showers EVERYDAY and started to meditate, I will keep the momentum up and use this anger and pain to fuel the fire.

Watching your vids made me realise how much of a dick i was to my ex, if i was her I would've left too. You've helped me come so far and actually become a better person over these last few months. I appreciate it alot brother.

Heartbreak makes you stronger, for something to heal it first has to break for it to comeback and grow stronger.
The best revenge is no revenge, pursh yourself to be best version of yourself, be okay without her, and she’ll hate it.
Damn I felt that part when he said “when she leaves you she has options n you just gotta grind it out” 💯💯💯
Good advice to take a break from females in general to work on yourself.
Ghost mode : Doing fine for almost 4 months now and happy to say that I cut off everyone including social media, and friends and started a whole dopamine detox routine. Believe me this feels like after life. Things take time so keep going and have some discipline.

Excellent Video Bro

- Tim

It can only get better but it hurts and I blocked her on all social media immediately. She was a thirst trap and one month she confessed to doing only fans content. I hated it but i let it go and I should have just broke it off there. Tried to change everything about our lives and forgave her thinking she would be a good woman but she was disrespectful and eventually the fights got really bad and we split
